Janu woke up with a jerk when the cold air hit her to see Raghav opening the back door with sleeping Aaryan in his arms making her get out of the car. He carefully placed sleeping Aaryan into the back seat and buckled him up.
Janu smiled looking at his caring towards Aaryan as Raghav pushed back his hair from the forehead and moved back to come face to face with Janu looking into his eyes with parted lips. They heard a horn making Raghav break the eye contact clearing his throat and walk towards the driver's side making her take the passenger seat.
A few minutes into their drive he answered a call "Mom! We'll reach in two hours".
"Actually! We just got a call from the groom's side that we've to do archana since the bride family is crossing the outskirts of the native place. We already went far away into the village so you and Janu complete the pooja and don't forget to bring bangles of ammavaru" Bhanu explained.
"Fine!" Raghav huffed disconnecting the call.
An hour later they reached the temple in the outskirts to see it's almost closing time "I'll take the pooja things. Wake up Aaryan" and walked towards the stall.
"Little darling! Wake up!" Janu tapped Aaryan's shoulder who rubbed his eyes yawning.
"Did we reach already?" Aaryan asked in his baby voice.
"We're going to temple. Do you want to join?" Janu asked.
"I ate nonveg today" Aaryan replied.
"Will you be okay staying in the car?" Janu asked making the little guy nod.
Janu went out and washed her feet before following Raghav inside and broke the coconut and walked to the garbha gudi where Kali maa's idol is worshipped.
"Raghav baabu! It's been a long time since I last saw you here. Whose name should I do archana on today?" Poojari gaaru asked.
"You go and do pradikshina. I'll join you soon" Raghav insisted on making her frown but went away to do pradikshina while he turned to poojari gaaru saying all his family members names "It's been a while poojari gaaru. Lakshmi Devi, Bhanumati Devi, Veeraju, Bhagya, Lakshman, Keerthika, Vachya Raghava Rama Raju everyone has Shaiva gotram" and then he followed her for pradakshina.
After nine rounds Janu came back to garbha gudi while Raghav was still in his eight round. She stood before Kali maa and prayed 'Please keep my family safe and healthy. And my love too'.
"You must be Vachya" Poojari gaaru bought aarati making Janu frown.
"How do you know Vachya?" Janu asked.
"How would I not know? Whenever Raghav baabu comes for site checking in the nearby villages he comes here to pray for his family. I know all his family members and met them too but I never met Vachya so it must be you" poojari gaaru stated.
Janu looked at Raghav with tears in her eyes mumbling "Does he always pray for Vachya too?"
"You are so lucky to have a husband like him. He always does annadanam on your birthday too. But when I asked he said you were far away. I hope you always stay happy with him by his side" Poojari gaaru handed the pooja things to Janu who smiled sadly and walked towards the steps.
'Will my love ever be enough for you?' Janu wiped the tear that rolled down her cheek as Raghav walked towards her after praying the goddess and both of them walked towards the car.
