Raghav handed his award to a waiter in the hotel and asked him to put it back in his room and walked towards the bar where other businessmen were waiting for him. He clinked the wine glass and gulped it in one go along with other businessmen talking about business in between the drinks.
'Sir!' Saying a waitress handed another drink to Raghav who drank it and a few seconds later he started feeling dizzy and took his leave.
As he was walking towards the lift which was on the other end of the corridor he stumbled but a girl who wore a red dress held him 'Let me help you Mr.Ragahv' which made him push her back but she neared him and put his arm around her waist.
'It's okay. Everything will be okay once we get into your room' He literally heard lust dripping off her words making him shake his head to clear his vision.
'Back off bitch' he heard a voice and the weight around him vanished.
'Who the hell are you?' The girl yelled.
'Someone you'll never be. Fuck off' Sivesta threw the gin & tonic on the girl from the tray held by the waiter passing by.
'Ugh...' The girl screethched and stormed away.
'Do you know his room number?' Sivesta asked.
'801 mam' The waiter replied as Sivesta moved towards Raghav but Raghav stood straight holding onto the wall and pushed Sivesta away and took a step forward but stumbled again.
'Peniviti! Careful' He heard the voice making him try to hold onto the wall as he felt the owner of the voice held him from behind as he was about to fall down.
'Who are you?' Sivesta asked.
'I am his wife' Vachya answered making Sivesta frown.
'Liar! You better walk away before I call the security' Sivesta warned and was about to hold Raghav's hand but stopped when Raghav held the hand holding him straight.
'Little demon...' Raghav turned towards her to see a girl in her early twenties who was holding his shoulders now supporting him 'Little....demon...' and stumbled into her arms making her take a step back which made Sivesta support them with her hands on her shoulders.
'Little Demon....how are you.....I missed you so much.....' Raghav hugged Vachya with his arms around her waist making Sivesta step back and walk away.
Vachya held him tightly with her arms around his neck 'I missed you too so much... But let's get you to bed okay' and tried pulling back but he just tightened his grip around her making her sigh and nuzzle her face into the crook of his neck breathing in his fragrance she missed all these years.
'Peniviti..... let's go to your room...please...' Vachya requested making him huff.
'You would leave me if we...we... go back' Raghav slurred.
'I won't. I'll be by your side and put you to bed. I promise' Vachya ran her fingers through his hair making him groan and tightened his hold around her to the point where she couldn't breathe but she didn't complain.
'Fine!' After a few seconds he pulled back making her put his arm around her shoulder while she held his waist and both of them went to the eighth floor by lift.
She walked into his room and made him lie on the bed 'Why did you drink so much?'
'You are really here...' Raghav whispered making her go into the bathroom and wash the towel with warm water before coming to the bed.
She sat before him ordering 'Sit up' making him obey while she arranged pillows against the headboard 'Look at you! You are not at all careful around those sly women who want to hurt you' and started dabbing his face with the washcloth gently.
'I have hurt you mo..re..' Raghav mumbled making her tear up.
'You have a right to hurt me' Vachya reminded him as she put away the washcloth and moved towards his feet.
'I also had a respo...ns....ibility to take care of yo...u and....an..d....I didn't' Raghav retorted as she pulled his shoes and socks off before covering him in a blanket up to his waist.
'Let me take your jacket off' Vachya unbuttoned his suit jacket.
'When di....d you lea....rn talki...ng dir...ty?' Raghav snorted making her chuckle.
'I am not a little girl anymore' Vachya reminded him.
'You have grown up and I can see that alright....' Raghav held her cheek making her gaze at him 'I am sorry..will you forgive me?'
She shook her head making him pout 'Why?' and was about to move his hand away from her cheek but she held his palm leaning her cheek into his palm 'It's because you've not done anything wrong'.
He pressed his forehead to hers 'I missed you little demon....so-hicccup-much'.
'I missed you more peniviti' Vachya whispered as his eyes closed and he fell forward onto her shoulder passing out. She slowly removed his jacket and laid him back on the bed on his side so he could easily throw up when he's sick.
She pushed his hair back from his forehead and caressed his face with her finger tips as if printing his features in her memory 'I am so happy that you won the best business man of Asia award. You don't even know how much I wanted to be with you or at least get a look at you all these years. But not now.... I'll come to you when everything here is over. I promise. I won't let you live alone and neither would I let you have someone else in your life. You're my everything and I'll come back for what's mine. It's not just a promise, this is my stubborness which I learnt from you' vowing she kissed his forehead hard.
The next morning Raghav woke up to the sound of knocks on the door making him hold his head due to hangover as he went to open the door. The house keep bought in the breakfast cart making Raghav ask 'Do you know how I got here?'
'I don't know sir! But I think it's the mam who ordered you breakfast' The wiater replied.
'Where is she?' Raghav asked.
'She is staying in the room beside yours' The waiter answered and took his leave. Raghav freshened up and changed before knocking on the door beside his room.
He saw a girl in her twenties opened the door widening her eyes at him completely tensed as her breaths increased 'I heard you bought me to my room yesterday. Thankyou and sorry for troubling you' Raghav nodded and was about to go away when she extended her hand.
'Who is it?' He heard another voice from inside the room but couldn't take his eyes off the girl before him whose hand was shivering as he shook the girl's hand frowning before going back to his room.
