Vachya gasped as the iron rod hit the back of her head and she fell down with Aaryan in her arms as Raghav kicked a goon and ran towards her along with the family members as Aaryan sat up and tried to wake his darling up.
Raghav threw a knife towards the MLA which hit him in the stomach making him fall down while Raghav fell on his knees before Vachya and lifted her up in his arms "Little demon....wake up...".
"Let's take her to the hospital first" Janu insisted making Lucky rush to the car and start the ignition which made Raghav stand up with Vachya in his arms and rushed to the car and got into the back seat making Lucky drive off of the mansion grounds.
Once in the hospital Raghav made Vachya lie on the strecher as the doctors and nurses rolled it down into the ICU while Raghav stopped outside the door looking inside through the transparent glass door.
Raghav closed his eyes with his palm against the glass door as he recalled the moment when the iron rod hit her head making him startled.
He felt an arm on his shoulder "She'll be fine Raghav".
Raghav gulped and looked at his kannamma "I shouldn't have bought her here".
"We didn't expect for such a situation to happen" Bhavani reasoned.
"But I expected all your hatred towards her" Raghav's face turned serious.
"Ragha-" Bhavani was about to say something when Raghav shrugged her hand off his shoulder.
"Did you really think I didn't know that you hate Vachya? I heard everything that night but I chose to stay silent because I thought you'd understand us" Raghav scoffed "But I was wrong. I was wrong about her life everytime. I was wrong when she begged me not to send her away. I was wrong to actually trust you people enough to bring her here. I promised to change her life when I imprisoned her from her uncle but instead I bought her back to another hell. A hell where my whole family hates her. Hates her enough to actually kill her".
Everyone widened their eyes as Lakshmi Devi stepped forward "Raghav! I know you're hurting but talking against your family is not going to get Vachya well".
"Family?" Raghav smirked "You call yourself family of mine when you don't even know what I want?"
"Raghav! Please! This is no time for arguments or fights. Let's just wait for Vachya to get well soon" Veeraju tried to calm everyone down.
"How will she get well soon if one of us will go to any ends to kill her?" Hearing Bhanu everyone was shocked.
"Akka! What are you talking?" Bhagya questioned.
Bhanu looked at Raghav and walked towards him in anger and raised her hand to slap making everyone astonished but instead she slapped Geethu who was leaning on to the wall beside the ICU doors.
The slap echoed through the corridor as Geethu's head turned aside with a handprint on her cheek making Bhavani pull back Bhanu "Are you out of your mind? What are you doing?"
"I should've done this long ago. Its my fauly I raised such a daughter who is so adamant on snatching my son's happiness" Bhanu yelled.
"Bhanu! Behave yourself. This is hospital" Lakshmi Devi tried to bring her daughter in law under control.
"I don't care. I don't care about the family's pride and respect anymore. I only care about my son. All these years being on my daughter's side I ignored him. I didn't even care if he has eaten properly or not because I was so lost in my pain and my daughter's pain that I couldn't see I killed his childhood. But not anymore. I'll not let her hurt my son anymore" Bhanu pushed Geethu away from the family.
"Mom!" Geethu looked at Bhanu with tears.
"Don't you dare call me that! Get out of here" Bhanu screamed at her daughter pushing her down.
"Bhanu! Stop it! You're going too far" Bhavani helped Geethu up.
"She's the one who went too far. She's the reason Vachya is in there. She's the reason for the attack. She's the one who approached the MLA to kill Vachya" Bhanu put out her daughter's truth.
Everyone looked at Geethu in shock hearing Bhanu's words as Lakshmi Devi asked "Is what your mother said true? Did you contact that person who killed your grandpa and made your husband like that to kill Vachya?"
Geethu stayed quiet looking at her feet as Janu stepped forward "What will she say? She's far gone in her hatred that she even risked her family and son into an attack so no one would doubt her. But that MLA turned on her attacking her too".
"I didn't expect this from you. Chi!" Lakshmi Devi looked at her granddaughter with hatred.
"Granny!" Geethu tried to speak.
"Shut up! You've lost the right to call me that when the thought of approaching that killer came to your mind. I stayed by your side because you lost so much but you...you went against us just for your hatred. How shameless are you Geethika! I stayed quiet all these years when you accused Raghav and punished him for the sins he didn't do but you...what should I do to someone like you who chose her revenge over her family" Lakshmi Devi spat.
"Granny! Please listen to me...please..." Geethu tried to convince and explain her side when the ICU doors opened making everyone rush to the doctor.
Everyone walked inside the ICU since it's their hospital and no one would object. Vachya's head was wrapped in a bandage and her left hand with an IV and her right arm with plugs connected to the pulse meter.
Raghav walked towards the bed and held her hand trying to control his tears as the doctor spoke "We treated her external wound. She has a third degree concussion. And... there's a blood clot in her brain which resulted in coma".
"What? You could've done the surgery" Lucky glared at the doctor.
"She might go under a hemorrhage if we go further with a surgery" Doctor reasoned.
"So... when will she wake up?" Keerthi asked.
"We can't be sure about that madam. It might take days, weeks or years" Doctor nodded at them and left the ICU.
"Are you happy now?" They heard Raghav who turned towards Geethu who stood at the back with tears rolling down her cheeks.
"Raghav.... I'm..." Raghav turned to Vachya who lay on the bed like a lifeless body with a heartbeat.
"You got your revenge. Please leave us alone at least now" Raghav literally begged making everyone cry at his condition as Geethu took a step back before leaving the room as he closed his eyes putting Vachya's palm on his cheek.
