"Cam. Its me Erin."

"Hey. what's wrong? You don't sound okay."

"I'm at the camping grounds. Do you mind picking me up. I can't last another moment here."

"Sure thing. I will be there in 40 minutes."
40 minutes passed and Cameron's car pulled up by the entrance.

I walked over. I sat down. I leaned over and hugged him.

"Thank you so much."

"No need to thank me Erin." He smiles.

I smile back.

"Now tell me what's wrong."

I explained everything to him.

"I want to beat your dad with a bat." He says harshly. Which caused me laugh.

"What's so funny?" He asks me.

"Nothing." I'm still laughing.

"There's a party tonight. Want to go ? Instead of staying home alone?"

"Yeah sure. What time ?"

"Pick you up at 8 ?"

"Yeah. Well thanks for everything Cameron." I hug him and kiss his cheek.

I walk into my room and fall to sleep.

I wake up. It's already 7:30.

Shit!

I grab some black ripped jeans. A black tank crop top. I put a flannel over. I straighten my hair down. I add some mascara.

I hurry downstairs knowing Cameron will be here any minute now.

I hear a honk outside.

I rush outside. I sit in the passenger seat. Carter sitting in back.

"Hey Carter."

"Sup Erin."

I turn to Cameron.

"I woke up late." I laugh.

"I guessed." He smiles.

We get to the party. Drunken bodies dancing. The smell of alcohol.

"A beer?" Cameron asks.

"Yeah."

This boy approaches me. He looks so familiar.

"Hey. Do you remember me ?"

"Nope. Why would I?"

"We talked a whole night?" He says.

"I really don't care. Now please go away."

"It's me Zach." He says.

"Okay I remember you."

"Want to hang out tonight." He smiles.

"No sorry. I came here with Cameron."

His smile fades and begins to walk away.

"Wait. Sure we could hangout." Seriously what's going on with me.

His smile returns.

Cameron brings the beers.

"The night begins." I laugh.

Sam's P.O.V

"Madison. Are you coming to the party with me ?"

"Of course Sam." She says.

"Well hurry please."

She walks out. Looking slutty as always.

"Like what you see?" She smirks.

"Nope not really."

She gasps. "Asshole."

"I have a girlfriend. My eyes are only for her." I defend myself.

"By the way she came today asking for you."

"Why didn't you tell me?"

"I don't know." She says and we walk outside. Fuck now Erin must be pissed at me.

We walk into the party. Madison has her hands all over me.

"Can you please stop. What we had two years ago is over." I say harshly.

"Fine Sam." She let's me go.

We walk into the kitchen. I hear a familiar laugh.
I walk closer and find Erin laughing her ass off with some guy and Cameron. My blood boils as I see Cameron. Why the fuck is she with him if she knows Cameron likes her. I walk up to her.

"Oh Sam." Her voices sounds so fragile.

"Hi Erin."

She begins laughing. "I want food." She begs.

"Are you drunk?"

"Maybe . Maybe not." She says walking closer to me.
She stumbles. I catch her.

"I think we should get you home." I wrap my arms around her.

"No. I already am home."

"What?"

"Your my home Sam." She says. Her breath smelling like pure alcohol.

I was speechless.

"Where's that side girl of yours? Was her name Madison?"

"She's over there dancing. She's not my side girl. She's just a friend."

"Whatever Sam. Leave me alone and let me party."

"You have already had enough." I say.

"Who the fuck are you to tell me that I had enough?" She says getting angry.

"I'm your boyfriend."

"That's just a label. Doesn't mean you could control my drinking."

"That's all you see it as a label?" I say angrily.

"Well yeah I do." I grab her harshly and drag her outside.

"Let me go!" She screams.

"What the fuck is wrong with you these last couple of days ?"

She begins to laugh. "Wrong with me? Sam darling. I have always been messed up."

"Stop saying that Erin."

"Shut up! You don't fucking know shit!" She starts shoving at my chest.

"Then let me help you baby!" I shout back.

"You can't fucking help me. I'm in way to deep. In a matter of time your going to be going down with me. It's for best if we split up here." She says. No fuck no I'm not letting her get away.

"Don't say that." I lead her to the car.

I put on her seatbelt and start driving.

I could hear her heaving breathing. Her sobs fill the car.

"Erin baby. Are you okay?"

"No. I never was." She says.

I pull up at her house. I carry her out. I head up stairs.

She's still crying.

"Sam. Help me." She begins to cry a bit harder.

"I will baby." I kiss her forehead.

I lay down with her. Her eyes close. Her breathing gets back to its normal pace. Her hair falling on to her cheek. I hug her fragile body. I fall fast to sleep with her in my arms.
