Chapter 42 {final chapter}

{7 months later}

"Grab your suitcase bitch we leave in 30 minutes!" Madison screams to over excited. Well this weekend Madison , Jack , Matt , Ana , Cameron , Sam , Shawn, and I are going to Ana's parents lake house.

I'm really nervous because it's been 6 months since I've seen Sam. Sam and I called it quits because school was just too much for us. We fought more often. School was lots of pressure for me. Yes we called each other everyday for 3 months but I guess Sam just gave up. I don't blame him we weren't together anymore.

I stopped my horrible habit which was cutting. I started eating more often. There was times when I wanted to kill myself to end all the pain. Sam kept me strong. Just thinking of him made me smile. So he was my motivation to fix my fucked up self. He doesn't know this though. I'm still pretty skinny but I have more meat on me now. I got two new tattoos. Yeah Shawn didn't notice me when he saw 5 months ago.

I sigh grabbing my suitcase , my phone , ear phones , and kissing my dog goodbye. Madison and I got a dog and named it Jax. I walk into the living room and sit down on the couch waiting for us to leave.

Jack jumps next to me.
"Hey Shay." He smiles and get back to his phone.

"Hey Jack. So Madison finally has you whipped?" I wink and start laughing.

"Oh shut up. I really like her. Or should I say love?" He smirks at me.

"You told her that you love her!" I literally feel as if I jumped out of my body. Jack has never admitted those three words to anybody.

"Yep." He shrugs , stands up and walks into Madison's room. Moments later she comes out with her suitcase.

"Ready?" She shrieks looking over at me.

"Yes I am." I smile and walk over to the door. The three of us exit and walk into the car. Jack sets our suitcases in trunk. He hops in and starts driving. I grab my earphones and Arctic Monkeys blast through my ears. We make a stop and pick Cameron. He enters the car and pecks my cheek.

"Hey Erin." He smiles. I wave at him.

All the memories of Sam and I flash through my head. Yes I'm hurting so bad from this. Yes I'm in so much pain without him. What can I do ? I can't go crawling back to him. Yes I love him so much. It was the best to split up right it was harder to see each other and stuff.

I end up falling asleep.

"Erin." Someone shakes my body. My eyes pop open and I see smiley Shawn hovering over me. I look around and I'm on a couch? Wow I'm a heavy sleeper.

"Shawn!" I jump off the couch and land in his muscle arms. He spins me around. I could feel some tears falling. It feels so good to see him again. I missed him so much. He changed his appearance a bit.

"Look I know Sam's here and all. Talk to him." He tells me. I nod and walk outside. I sit on the steps. It's really pretty out here. Ana's parents surely do have money.

I stood up and wiped the dirt off my jeans and started walking around. I plugged in my earphones. It's pretty peaceful peaceful out here. I turned around and found the lake. I sat on the little bridge and let my feet dangle.

I felt someone was behind me. I turned around and found blonde Sam . My breathing was getting hard. Seeing his face it brought life back to me. How his eyes sparkle when the sun hits them. I still can't believe he dyed his hair blonde ?

He sat next to me. He pulled out on of my earphones.

"Hey." He smiles awkwardly.

"Hello Samuel." I smile look over at the lake.

"I love how you look. You gained some weight. You actually look healthy." He says checking me out.

"So your saying I'm fat now?" I pretend to act offended. He laughs. I missed that laugh those dimples.

"No. I'm say your really attractive. Well you always were. Now look at you. Your about to make me loose my shit once again." He licks his lips and bites his lip.

"Still a perv. I see." I laugh. I rest my head on his shoulder. He rest his head on top of mine.

"You know ? I never stopped loving you." Sam says playing with my fingers.

I look up at him.
"Sam. I never stopped either." I lean in and kiss those lips that seem almost ancient to me.

We both pull away from the kiss catching our breath.

"Sam?" I say looking into his eyes.

"Yes babe?" He smiles. My heart flutters at that word. I missed it.

"Thank you. Thank you for being there for me. Thank you for showing me what love actually is. Thank you for bringing me smiles , laughs. Thank you for caring for me. Thank you for loving me. Thank you for making me feel important. Most of all Thank you for Saving Me."
