"Erin. You have school today." My grandma shouts.

"I'm not feeling good." I lie.

"Erin get up." She yells.

"I'm not feeling good. May I please stay in." I beg.

"Fine." She sighs.

Shawn enters my room.

"Are you okay? I know your lying about not feeling good."

"I'm fine. Just not in the mood to deal with school , the people , and especially teachers and their bitchy attitudes." I sigh.

"Yeah that's true. Well feel better." He winks and walks out.

I hear Shawn's car drive out of the drive way.

"Erin. I'm leaving for the day. Me and a couple of friends are having a girls day. Haven't seen these girls in a while." She explains.

"yeah go ahead. I'm just going to stay in." I smile.

"Get better." She kisses my forehead.

Shortly after I hear a honk and the front door closing.

I walk downstairs pouring myself cereal.

I sit down on the couch and start watching TV.

The front door opens. Shortly after Sam appears. I roll my eyes and sigh.

He sit next to me on the couch taking my cereal. Really you come into my house and take my cereal ? That's just really fucked up.

"Thanks for asking." I say sarcastically.

"Welcome."

"Dick." I say under my breath.

"I heard that."

"That's why you have ears." I scoff.

"Look chill the fuck out." He sighs.

"Okay I'm chill. What are you doing here anyways. Don't you have school?"

"Don't you have school as well?" He ask.

"I'm not feeling good." I defend myself.

"Bullshit." He says eating a spoonful of my cereal.

"Fuck you." I laugh.

"Why are you still mad?"

"Why? You stood me up ? Then come to my house drunk and high. Then threw a beer bottle at my fucking wall." I begin to yell.

"That's why I'm here to make it up to you."

"Just go. I'm sleepy."

"Please Erin." He begs.

"No Sam."

"Erin. Babe. Darling. Please let me make it up to you." He begs. Aww he looks adorable.

"Under one condition."

His eyes light up.

"I choose the music and your being punished by me not kissing you all day."

"That's two conditions . You said only one."

"I don't care." I laugh.

"Fine. Under one condition." He adds.

"What?"

"No bring me the horizon music." He laughs.

"Fine. Let me get dressed."

I grab some jeans. I put on a flannel. My black vans. My hair combed down.

"There. I'm ready."

"You look pretty."

"Stop being a kiss up." I laugh.

We enter his car. I grab the aux cord. The first song to come is by Vampire weekend.

"They're pretty good."

"I know."

He nods and puts the volume up.

"where are we going?"

"The beach."

"I didn't bring a suit!"

"So. I could buy you one at one of the shops." He smiles.

"I could buy one myself."

"No." He says sternly.

"Why is it that we always wear flannels?" He asks laughing.

"I don't know."

We finally get to the beach.

I quickly get off and start walking down the steps to get to the shore.

Sam was way behind.

I walk back and grab his hand. I leaded him to the shore. I could hear the camera sound click.

I turn around.

"Sam. No pictures." I roll my eyes.

"This one came out nice!" He says.

"Let me see."

He shows me. It actually is a pretty picture.

"Send me it." I laugh.

We sat down. I rested my head on Sam's lap.

"I love the sound of the waves."

"Me to." He smiles looking down at me.

He looks into my eyes. All he does is smile. His dimples being huger then ever.

I lean up and kiss his lips.

"You broke the condition thing." He laughs.

"Oh shut up." I roll my eyes.

"Let's walk the pier?"

"Yeah." I nod standing up.

We walked hand in hand.

"I love you." He smiles.

"I love you."

We walked the pier. We stopped into the shore.

"Look Erin." Sam calls me over.

"What?"

"Can we get it?" It's a thing were you put writing on your shirt.

"I guess. We don't have sweaters though."

"Let's just print the letters onto our flannels. We always wear them." He suggests.

"Yeah."

"What should it say?"

"I want mine to say Samuel Wilkinson." I smile.

"Then mine will say Erin Shay?"

"Yeah. If you want."

"Alright."

"Will it look good on the Flannels?"

"I think so. If it doesn't then who cares." He says careless.

He started printing the thing onto the flannels.

After a good 45 minutes he finally finished.

"There." He says with a huge smile.

"I love it."

He puts my flannel over my shoulder and I do the rest.

"Let's get going home?"

We enter his car. The whole drove home he had his hand in mine.
