Owen is the main OC who teams up with each team of Vault Hunters throughout the games.
He has short black hair, green eyes and pale skin. He dresses similarly to the Mojave Manhunter from a Fallout 4 mod, minus the mask, and is extremely adept with machines of all kinds. Owen grew up working with his dad on the moon of Elpis at Craterhole Mechanics. Owen is extremely adept with tools and machines, which comes in handy in many situations. As Owen grew older, his skills grew, and eventually he came to Pandora to seek fortune as a Vault Hunter.
