                                      MALLORY

I walk into Wild Eggs and take a look around trying to find my girls, I spot them at a table by the window conversing. Sage and My sister, Bre group facetime'd me this morning demanding me to meet for breakfast to talk about my "ride out with Jey". I stride through the chairs and table with a sway, because baby I am on a high. They see me head their way and they stopped talking to greet me.

"Hey bitch!" They both greeted me.

"Hey ladiesss!" I said, doing all rounds of hugs and sitting down next to Bre as she slowly sip her glass of Mimosa glazing at me.

"Okay, Ms glow.."

"What?" I paused, looking at them smiling.

"Yeah, you glow hunty." Sage joined in the conversation.

"Honestly, I'm not gonna hold y'all. I feel like I am."  I expressed confidently cheesing.  Then waiter came over to take our orders of food and more wine. Bre orders another Mimosa, I order my first as Sage orders her second round.

"Soooo, bitch spill! What was this ride out? and how come I'm just now find out about it yesterday?" Sage asked, with her eyebrow lifted waiting for me to answer. She was really appalled that I didn't tell her yesterday.

I shake my head, ignoring her dramatic ass.

"It just happened!" I said, laughing but continuing. "Jey called me to check up on me and it went from that to him inviting me out."

"Awwww, my big baby caking on the phone!" My sister said making a smoochy face with her hands together.
I nudge her arm telling her to shut up, and she nudges me back.

"Okay so how was it tho? Bre waves her hands as she pushes me to go on.

"It was wonderful, It was very chill, very peaceful. We were just ourselves freedomly, we weren't trying to force anything. We was just vibing, laughing and feeding ducks. " I said, as I visualize our day at the picnic - It'll always be a day that puts a smile on my face.

"Did y'all kiss?" Sage asked, winking at me with her eyes full of hope.

"No, we didn't." I answered as I shook my head, crushing that hope.

"Uhh, why not? Don't be scary." Sage said playing with me.

"I'm not, It wasn't the right time bitch."

"Sounded like it to me." Sage muttered,

"Because we were in a good moment, but it wasn't the right time."

"I bet it was, y'all just didn't wanna push the boundaries and I respect that. There's nothing wrong with waiting for the right moment." My sister gives voice to the situation. I nodded, silently telling Sage to pay attention to her. Sage rolls her eyes.

"Exactly, thank you. It'll be the right time when it feels right to us. Also, isn't it too early to kiss anyways?" I asked in wonder.

"Girl, hell no!" Sage says quickly as she goes on "There's no rule on when to kiss on a date." She finished.

"But it wasn't a date." I stated.

"That was a date."

"No, we hung out." I clarified.

"Point being is!" Sage goes on, chuckling. "Y'all had a moment and usual people kiss in the moment. You should've went in for kill bitch!" I rolled my eyes snickering, giving up on the back or forth with her.

"It's been almost a month since y'all been talking, right?". Bre asked curiously.

I nodded, it's been about a month since Jey and I started talking. He's been pretty busy with doing interviews and business endorsements. I still can't get over the fact that I had no idea that he was famous and well-known. Sometimes I call him, Mr. Famous, and he always threatens to hang up on me. We've made sure to stay in contact with one another, and he makes sure is to call me whenever he has time or I do vice versa these past couple of weeks. This weekend, I will be going to Boston to see him fight on Smackdown.
