This is just the tip of the iceberg. I bet Akane's even worse when the camera's aren't rolling.

tf? Akane Kurokawa is a bitch

she should be arrested for assault. I feel so bad for Yuki.

boring girls should stay out of the spotlight!

always thought she couldn't read a room.

Akane… this isn't the first time you've pulled something like this. You really shouldn't be on TV lol it pisses me off.

stupid background character thinks she can lay her hand on Yuki lmafo akane's definitely fired.

this delusional bitch is annoying.

Akane Kurokawa so trashy lmao

Akane's eyes read tweet after tweet. She couldn't stop. The amount of hate she was getting… it was unpredicted. Never in her career had she faced this much backlash… All for a stupid mistake.

Curled up in a ball , sitting on her bed, she didn't realize how long it had been since she started, but it felt like hours of reading tweet after tweet.

Akane felt tears well up in her eyes as she read another tweet. She finally had enough and dropped her phone. It hit her foot and landed on the bed after leaving a small bruise on her foot, but she didn't care as she rubbed the spot where her phone had landed.

"I figured this would happen…"

She should have known better, Mem-Cho's warnings about internet backlash were clear and she should've listened to her…

"People swarm those who apologize. 'Apologizing means you're admitting something bad, right? So that means the stones I throw are justified.' Something like that. It seems like a reasonable thing to do, but people online don't see it that way…"

She made a mistake, it was only natural to feel sorry for it. she couldn't just close her eyes to what she had done. She watched the criticism flood in. It hurt her to see every tweet.

Why did she send that tweet? She shouldn't have… all the backlash, it was so much… She felt her lie down on the bed as she brought her legs closer to her chest. She just wanted to forgive and forget, but that didn't stop her phone from blowing up…

Akane brought her arms close to her chest as she felt her eyes flutter, but every time she closed her eyes all she could think about was the backlash, it made it a nightmare to sleep. She had to force herself to sleep, she hoped this all would blow over in the morning.

"I just… want it all to stop…"

Akane's eyes shot open as she let out several deep breaths. a cold sweat running down her forehead. A singular ray of sunlight lit up her room from her closed window. She slowly sat up and gripped her head. Even in the dark, she could tell that her skin was paler than usual. She wasn't sick… but she felt horrible. Looking over to her phone she turned it on, only to see several notifications on her phone.

Not even bothering to look at them she shut off her phone and slid out of her bed. lifting her shirt over her head and throwing it to the floor, so she could change into clothes that were less sweaty.

Of course it wouldn't blow over…

Akane had finished changing and began to make her way downstairs, she could already smell her mother's cooking. Reaching the bottom of the stairs, she saw a really good looking breakfast. Sitting down in her chair seemed to catch her mother's attention. Her mother looked up and smiled, about to greet her daughter but stopped, a look of concern taking over her face as she got a look at Akane's face.
