Chapter Sixteen: Drunken Mistake

Nearly a year has passed since the shooting of the film. The film was well received, for a low budget film that was. Around the time the film finally came out, Ai and (Y/n) were up on the couch, watching the movie as Ai came on screen, her eyes a brilliant crimson red as she smirked at the main actress, who took a few steps back in fear, a Creepy smile showing up on Ai's face.

"What's wrong... Mila... Don't you want to be pretty?"

Ai asked in a creepy tone, a sharp knife in her hand as she walked forward. 'Mila' took several more steps back as Ai's creepy smile turned to one full of a happy glee.

"Oh yes~ such a pretty girl... such a pretty girl indeed~"

Ai said as she grabbed hold of Mila who quivered in fear having been backed onto a corner. Ai's smile turned into one of pure joy as the knife slid up though her arm, to her throat and...

"What the fuck? What in the world were you thinking to make you act like that? I could definitely tell that wasn't your normal acting skills."

Ai innocently put a finger to her chin as she giggled at her boyfriend.

"I just imagined she slept with you."

"You know that would never happen."

Ai nodded as the two watched the credits roll, (Y/n) snuggling close to Ai as she turned to him a devilish grin on her face.

"You know, maybe you need some... encouragement in order to not sleep with her, don't you agree?"

Ai teased as she slowly brought her hands onto (Y/n) who just looked at her deadpanned.

"Ai... no..."

"Ai, yes!"

And with that a gentle swift chop to the head left Ai rubbing her head as she pouted at her boyfriend.

Needless to say, nothing fun happened that night.

Though, her performance in the film seemed to be a catalyst for her career taking off. Ai was landing more and more work. Modeling, appearing on TV shows. She was an up and coming Idol and Media celebrity. Though her increased pay allowed (Y/n) to finally have flexible hours and not work so much, the bags under his eyes were noticeably getting smaller each day.

"So everything's set?"

"Yep, I bet she'll be so excited, especially when she sees the ring~"

(Y/n) rolled his eyes at his mom, who had joined him for lunch that day. They were currently planning Ai's twentieth Birthday Party. Even though it was still some odd months off, she had a big Dome Concert around that time, so they tried to play around it as best they could.

"I can almost see it, Ruby throwing flower petals, Aqua bearing the rings~ Oh it's so fun to think about Weddings..."

"Mom... we aren't even engaged..."

"Hush you, let a woman dream."

Sighing (Y/n) thought about it. Ai in a wedding dress, would be something he would love to see. Smiling to himself as he took a sip of water.

Ai fawned over her two children, who were dressed in school uniforms, ready for another day of Preschool.

"You say that everyday..."

"I'm speaking the truth! Do not tell me they aren't the cutest!"

Ai said, looking at her boyfriend. A smile on his face as he put on his shoes.
