It is the day before Arjun's engagement and Avy, Ravi and I are on our way to pick up Arjun's suit.

Yesterday was an okay-ish day. The most interesting part was that I met her again. It really is a small world. But for some reason she seems to have some sort of problem with me and I'm not able to point it out. But if she's going to be like that then so can I. Tit for tat. Hehe.

"Tu Siya ko pehle se jaanta hai kya?" Avy asked from the backseat.

I looked at him through the rareview mirror, my eyes squinted in suspicion,
"Kyu?"

"Kyuki kal jab tune usko dekha; tera chehra dekhne layak tha. Totte udd gaye the bande ke." He said with amusement written all over his face as if he was reminiscing that moment again. "Sachi bolne kahi tu uske sath soya nahi tha na."

"Hawww tu toh acha tha tu kabse yeh sab karne laga. Sharam baaki he kaha rahi hai yeh generation mein." Ravi spoke up clutching his head, not believing what he just heard. Chalu gaddi mein chadhna koi isse sikhe.

I rolled my eyes and replied," Areyy nahi bhai, hum log ek raat mile the aur rickshaw keliye jagad rahe the bus usse zyada kuch nahi hua tha. Aur Ravi puri baat sun liya kar baadme bola kar suit hoga tuje."

"Ha ha so funny. Ab chup kar aur leke aa suit hum yaha baithe hai." He said as I parked the car outside the shop.

I looked at him and replied," Main he kyu jau tum log kyu nahi jaate kabhi. Thodi sharam karlo apna yaar doctor hai kitne mehnat se kaam karta hai. Chutti mili toh bhi kaam he karna padta hai. Kabhi toh taras khao. Matlab thodi bhi insaaniyat hoti toh tum log jaate par nahi koi farak he nahi padta kisiko." I said in one breathe.

They both just gave blank stare and Avy spoke up," Ho gaya tera drama. Ab nikal aur leke aa."

I muttered out some gande words and begrudgingly got out of the car and made my way towards the shop.

.............................

We went to Arjun's house to help with the decoration of the house. Though the engagement wasn't in their house but his mom said that a house of someone who is going to get married should be shining or whatever.

We went inside without knowing and greeted his parents.

"Sat Sri akal aunty."
"Namaste aunty ji."
"Hello Tina."

We all said and hugged her one by one and the last greeting got a slight slap on Avyansh's face.

"Main tenu kini vara kiha ki mainu yeh mat bulaya kar. Par mere gal sun ni he kaha hai." She said to him trying to scold him.

"Maaf kar do aunty ji." With this he ran off in the direction of Arjun's room.

We also left after having a small talk with Tina aunty.

When Ravi and I entered his room we found him having some sort of mental breakdown.

"Meri gaand fatt rahi hai. Kal meri engagement hai. Mujse nahi hoga yaar. But maza bhi aayega I can finally stay with her for my entire lifetime." He vented out as he paced around the room.

"Chadd gayi hai kya tuje. Kuch aisa bol jo thoda sense banai." I said with an incredulous look on my face.

He lost me with a glare. " Jab teri shaadi hogi tab tuje pata chalega." Someone woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

"Accha hai meri shaadi hone waali hai nahi aur agar hoti bhi toh main tere jaisa lalu nahi hu." This caused him throw a pillow at me.

"Iska muh koi band karvao and comfort me yaar kaise dost ho tum log?" He said nearly on the verge of crying.

All three of us gave each other a look and launched ourselves at him. "Alele beta ko comfort chahiye." Ravi uttered out as we continued to suffocate him with a hug.

"Areyy wow ab accha lag hai muje bohot. Ab hato kutto." His voice came out a bit muffled, from underneath us.

"Nahi yaar comfort chahiye tha na le na comfort." Avy replied. After a few more minutes of Arjun trying to get out of our grip, he finally managed to get out. "Band kar yeh chutiyapa aur kush ho mangni hai teri kal. Kya baccho ki tarah ro raha hai. Yeh mauka baar baar nahi ayega chup chap teri gandi si hasi laga aur mauj kar."

He looked at us and said," Jaane de ab jo hona hai kal hoga. Chal bohot bhook lagi hai nashta karne jaate hai." His nervous attitude had seemed to be shifted with lightening speed. With this he left the room possibly to go eat. All three of us looked at his figure leaving the room with our mouth agape.

"Kya item hai bhai ye." I said as the other two agreed with a chuckle and we also made our way out to the dining hall.

When we went I saw someone who I expected to be the last person I would meet in this household.

As soon as I saw her I muttered out. "Oi teri."
