The evening came. After eating dinner, I head towards the chamber. As expected, my mind was out of place when it came down to teaching and interacting with the students rest of the day, but I tried my best act casual. The feeling of Severus's lips and touch are still lingering on my body. It's like there are these burn marks that can not be seen. His words and the way he looked at me keeps replaying in my head. I kept having these waves of blush here and there rest of the day. Ahw, (Y/N)! Try to focus! My thoughts cuts off when I spot familiar looking boy other side of the corridor. It's Draco. There is this odd jump in my gut when our eyes meet across the room. 'I think Draco has become a Death Eater. Like his father.' Harry's words echoes in my head. Really..? The thought of that being true makes me feel melancholy.

Lift my hand to give him tiny wave with a smile. End up giving a fade smile even I tried to give encouraging one. Draco's face expression won't change, he just keeps looking pensive. Then, he gets surrounded his Slytherin friends and they all walk away. Pansy tries to hold onto Draco's arm, but he's quick to yank it away. It clearly hurt her feelings, but she tries to act like nothing happened and continues to walk beside him among the others. Letting out a heavy sigh under my breath as I watch them go. Somehow, I'm still in the denial when it comes to believe that Draco would be one of the Dark Lord's followers. It just... Doesn't sit right with me. Specially after seeing the vulnerable side of him back in the Boathouse. He just can't be. I try to push these thoughts away and continue my way.

Right when I come to the hallway that leads into my chamber, I immediately notice the door to the chamber is slightly open. What?! Getting the flashback how last year Sniffy got away. "No." I let out under my breath and rush to see what is going on. I swing the door open worried:"Sniffy!". My eyes widens and body froze right at the doorway out of surprise. The chamber's walls are filled with large, bright pink flowers. There are small, red heart shaped petals scattered on the floor. Pink, white and red candles are placed around the room. Sniffy is in his cage, happily playing with some shiny coins. Severus is standing at the small kitchen area, making something:"Ah, you're early.". Too stunned by everything around me, I walk deeper into the room and close the door behind:"Wh... What is all this?".

The Potions Master lowers the heat of the pot and pours some hot chocolate into two cups:"Since our first Valentine together was disaster, and I know how important it was to you... Thought I'd bring the day here. To you.". There is this cute blush on his cheeks even he tries to act the usual cool and calm manner. Severus. The upside down smile appears on my face as I stare at the man in front of me. He notices this:"What? You don't... Like it?". The joy, the Hufflepuffness in me bursts out and I plunge to hug him:"I LOVE IT!". Our bodies thuds together. Severus eyes widens as he gets surprised by this. I keep him in tight hug and feel tears of joy raising on my eyes. The thought how much effort he has put into this... Even he didn't haveto do all this... It warms my heart. "Thank you." my voice sounds like a whisper. Soft smile appears on his face and he puts his hand top of my head:"You're welcome.".

We end up sitting on the sofa to drink the hot chocolates and talk while the fire keeps flaming in the fireplace. Well, mostly I babble about my own random things while Severus just listens and gives comments here and there with gentle, fade smile on his face that doesn't seem to leave anytime soon. Sniffy keeps jumping on and off from the sofa as he brings me flowers onto my lap. So, I started making a wreath crown while talking with my Valentine. Severus had put him in the cage so he could decorate the room in peace. Bet it was a quite a challenge to get him in there. The thought of that makes me smile. "How did you get these decorations in here?" I finally ask. These are after all the same ones the Great Hall had. "I had some help." Severus says casually as he takes a sip of his drink, even he doesn't like the sweetness of it. I suggested he could drink something he would like more, but he end up turning the offer down. He still wanted to be part of this whole Valentine theme, even it means he has to drink overly sweet chocolate drink. He truly is amazing.
