Ch. 16 - Familiar Feelings

Demi's POV

I walk around, and remember how I can find out where they are.

I grab Cedric and take him out his cage, and put him on the floor. "Transform Cedric."

He transforms into his human form. He is so hot in his human form. He turns into a tall guy with blonde hair his yellow snake eyes turning into yellow glasses.

"Hello Demi. You know I can only turn human once every two weeks for 24 hours until Elyon breaks her curse on me."

"Hi Ced. I know but, I need to know what those want to be villain are up too."

"They are trying to break into Magic Museum. But I do not know how, when you stole Mal's magic book. Good job on that."

"Thank you Ced. Spend the rest of your time in human form."

"You welcome, Demi." He eyes me up and down.

He rubs his hand against his face, and I feel chills on my body, and breathe stills. Cedric was able to escape punishment by my aunt, because I needed someone to tutor me in my powers. I fell in love with him. I knew there was an age difference, but he is stuck at 26, so I knew one day I could be with him. But this curse put on him, cannot be broken. He will forever be a snake. I glamour him invisible.

"Make sure you return before you turn back." I conjured him a watch, that will count down his time left.

I get ready to follow the idiot savants, when the door opens.

"I cannot believe we messed that up," says Evie.

"Messed up what."

They both stand still, and look up at me.

"I said messed up what." I wanted to keep my powers a secret from them. But I need to show them I am not messing around. I use my control over the element air, to suck the air out of the throats. As they choke to the floor, I walk over them.

"I am telling you now that if you mess up my chances of being here, I will kill all four of you. I did not spend years of practical solitude, to be forced back by you idiots. Nod you head if you understand."

I released them, and let them catch their breath, and they nod their heads.

"Now go to bed. You have that tour tomorrow."
