Back to the Present

"Guardian unite...Quintessence."

I bring the book back to life.

"Hello again. Did you save my fairies?"

"No, but I am tonight. I am going to rewrite the spell inside the jewel in your cover. I am going to change the base of the spell. I am going to use Tiger's blood to make the babies of Neverland the ones whose laughs will birth fairies. And the children of Neverland believe in fairies, so they will not have to worry about dying."

"Oh thank you...thank you. My fairies are saved. But hold on wait. Wont this start a war?"

"No, Neverland is not on Auradon, and not subject of them, so neither are the kids."

"That is amazing. Well do not let me hold you start."

Demi opens the window, and exposes the full moon light, because it will boost the powers of a spell. Demi puts the book on the ground, and use her power of matter to change the red jewel into a liquid and pours the Tiger's blood in it. Then she takes out a vial. And inside of it is fairy dust.

"Sorry Tiger for taking this, but this is your fault."

She adds it to the mixture, along with one more vial, she changes it back to a jewel. The jewel flashes bright and the remaining bit of Tiger Peony's blood, and the other vial begins to shine.

"I think it worked."

"That is great," Dusty says.

"But I am not going to return the jewel back into you. Not until I go back to Pixie Hollow."

Evie's mirror starts flashing. Someone is coming down the hallway. She looks at it, but they are wearing a cloak.

She transform backs, and closes the windows. She puts back all the ingredients, and locks the book in her luggage. She hears a knock on the door.

"Who is it?"

"It is Belle." Demi mouths Belle, wondering why she would be here. She summons a dagger, and slides it into the waist band of her pajamas.

"I am coming, one moment." She opens the door. "Hello Mrs. Belle, how can I help you?"

"I came to check on you. There are only a few students who decided not to come to the dance tonight."

"Why? Came to make sure that I am not planning to take over the world. Or become the queen of Auradon? I am kidding. I am fine I am just watching movies, and eating popcorn."

"I know what the people on the Isle must think of us Royals, but I really did come to make sure that you are settling in." Demi moves aside to let her in. Belle comes insides.

"Your side is barely decorated. Just one picture?"

"Yes. It is a picture of my dad. The most important person in my life. The only person in my life."

"Oh. Well. Now that I see you are enjoying yourself, I will go. Have a good night." Belle walks out the door.

"Goodnight." Demi closes the door behind her.

"Mirror, Mirror in my hand show me where Belle stands." It shows Belle at the dance with her husband Adam.

"So who was that? My aunt Eylon or someone worse."
