Ch. 35 - Plan Implemented

After their date, he walks Demi back to her room.

"That was so fun Demi, and I had an amazing time. The best in a while."

"Me too. I never hung out with the kids in Meridian or the Isle. I was kind of locked up."

"It was so nice of you to the help the fairies. I can wait until the next time we are threaten with prison by a magical species. Who is next, the mermaids?"

"You are so funny. Good night Charles."

"Good night Demi."

Demi goes into her room. And she picks up Cedric, she cast the spell to turn him human.

"Hello Demi, did you plan work?"

"Yes the fairies are now under my control."

Flashback too the Night of the Halloween dance.

Demi's Pov

"And the one more secret ingredient my own blood."

My dad was a very powerful magical being. So powerful he even invented spells to create new species. One of those species are called Whisperers. The Whisperers were little creatures who lived inside the roses planted in my dad castles. They pass information on to him and his supporters. That is what I remake the fairies into, but to make sure that they do not gain free will, adding my blood will bind them to me.

"Adding your dad's whisperer spell on that jewel in that book was so brilliant. You are so much smarter than he is. You will be a great leader of this world." He walks behind her, putting massaging her shoulders.

"I am afraid, look what happened to my dad. I fear that this will come back on me."

"Just don't trust anyone. The only person who will not betray you is yourself, and me." He hugs her from behind.

"Thank you Cedric, you always know what to say." She waves her hand, and while her hand is encased in magic, she touches his forehead. She takes herself out of his arms. And keeps her hand on his forehead. "I do not know who to trust, but I do know that you are not."

"With my powers I cast this spell, so my secrets you can't tell, erased from you mind, to leave you in the blind."

Cedric's eyes flash pink, and all the memories of Demi's plans erase from his mind.

She removes her hand from his head. "Demi why did you turn me human again?"

"I just wanted to talk to you about my date
