Akira's POV

I sat on the bench as Jake Sully sat infront of me on a chair.

" Why is Quaritch back?" he demanded. I crossed my arms.

" I don't know."

" What are they planning?"

" Why are you here?"

His questions made me annoyed. I felt frustrated.

" I don't know okay!" I yelled as I stood up. A splitting headache made it's way into my head.

" I don't know!" I breathe. He stood up, motioning for me to be calm.

" Hey, hey, it's ok," he said as he gestured for me to sit. I sat back down and buried my head into my hands.

" They don't tell me shit; they only tell the points! Alright?" I said, annoyed.

The door opened and someone walked in. Norm held a tablet a few meters away, pretending not to listen. The boy who hadn't been captured, the oldest, walked in followed by his brother, the na'vi boy from earlier.

" Then what are those points?" Jake asked. I gave him a death stare, noticing him gulp. I became a master at that. Living with gangsters wasn't easy. Gangs fought with other gangs, and I've been taken hostage multiple times. They would question me, and I would give them this death stare.

I wouldn't usually answer, but what could go wrong?

" Do it, lead, teach, blah blah blah," I said rolling my eyes. His sons stood behind him, not making a sound, just listening. Jake nodded his head, thinking. I crossed my arms.

" I need to go back," I repeated what I said earlier. Jake ignored me and turned to Norm.

" Norm, please show Akira where she'll be sleeping tonight."

I stood up and threw my hands up.

" I want to go back!" I told him furiously. He stood up and sighed. He placed his hand on my shoulder.

" Get some rest, alright?" he said.

" Then you'll let me go back?" I asked hopefully.

" You'll be staying with us now," he replied.

" So, I'm a prisoner?" I raised a brow. He patted my shoulder and shook his head. No.

" You'll have to learn our ways, Akira, I'm sorry but you won't be going back anytime soon."

I sighed. Fuck. I really wanted to go back. I feel...closer to my family (my gang) there. Maybe it's because Catalina and Reynold would call every...few months? I don't blame them; they're having problems with the police. I wonder how Uncle Logan is doing...

" You'll have dinner with us and rest, we'll talk more about your stay tomorrow," he patted my shoulder before heading out. Dinner? I have to eat dinner with my capturers? Wow, I'm so excited...

The two boys walked over to me.

" Hey, um, how you doing?" asked the na'vi boy.

" I'm doing the greatest I've ever been!" I said sarcastically.

" So, you'll be staying, huh?" he asked. His older brother just stared at me.

" I think so, your dad isn't letting me go back," I sighed as I felt sadness rise inside me. They gave me an apologetic look.

" Come, we'll show you to our place to have dinner, then you'll rest," he said as his older brother gestured to go outside. I sighed, looked down at my wrist; the red mark was still there, and followed.
