Akira's POV
Huh.
Metkayina people have some cool stuff. The first lesson was to carve our crystal knifes. Which is really cool. So, we went for a deep swim to find said crystals.
' Follow me ' Aonung signed. I swam behind him, occasionally glancing at the sea creatures that surrounded us. From the corner of my eye, I could see Aonung smile when he looked at me. Weird, but okay.
Soon, we came across to a couple of crystals. I grabbed a large chunk off the top, smiling as I examined it. Aonung grabbed one too, and we smiled at each other. We swam upward. My feet were tired, but I kept going. Aonung must have noticed, because he grabbed my arm, pulling me upward.
I have to admit it. He isn't that bad. Maybe he's a jerk sometimes, but still...
When we came to the surface, we exchanged looks before bursting in laughter. After we calmed down, I took a deep breath. There were only two of us here, the others were probably at other areas.
" You're getting better," he said. I grinned.
" Thanks."
I felt for the bracelet.
" Here, I made this for you," I said as I handed him the bracelet. His smile windened.
" For me?"
" Yeah." I said awkwardly.
I grabbed his arm, helping him put it on.
" It's beautiful. Thank you."
And he meant it.
