A few days passed and Tanjiro, Mitsuri, Genya, Muichiro and Nezuko came back from the swordsmith village. All of them were still in a state of coma meanwhile Nezuko was learning how to say Inosuke's name by him in her assigned room.
Shinobu was now doing her new routine:
Waking up
Training
Eating breakfast
Poisoning herself
Teaching Kanao
Studying poison
Talking to Akaza
Training
Eating lunch
Free period
Eating dinner
Checking up the patients
Sleep.
It still was weird talking to Akaza since he is a demon and she despises demons, but she enjoys having a few talks with him. The biggest thing they have in common is their hate towards Douma.
Right now Shinobu was studying a few poisons, when someone knocked on the door of her office. She stood up from her chair and opened the door and saw Akaza standing there.
(For everyone who asks: how can Akaza walk in the sun? Isn't he still under Muzak so he should have been devoured by Muzan? To answer your guys' question... Akaza isn't apart of the upper moons anymore and he betrayed the demon side after getting find around demon slayers. For extra protection, he has to wear a similar muzzle like Nezuko around patients or demon slayers in the butterfly estate, but he stopped showing harm. His mark of upper moon three is also gone and after Nezuko's arrival and the news that she conquered the sun, Nezuko gave him some of her blood causing him to become immune to the sun too.)
"Hello Akaza-kun, how can I help you?", Shinobu asks him with an almost emotionless expression, but still with a small smile.
"Hello Shinobu-san. I wanted to ask for a favor.", Akaza starts and the insect ahshira nods for him to continue. "I would like to have a similar butterfly clip like the workers here. It kinda feels annoying whenever I come into a patient's room with them freaking out and having Aoi or the triplets explain."
Hearing that Shinobu gives him a thinking expression. "I could try making a similar one if you'd like. But it may take time."
"That would be nice. Thank you so much Shinobu-sanand thank you for your time."
The insect pillar nods and dismisses him. She then walks up to her desk once again and starts writing a few notes.
At almost lunchtime she remembers Akaza's request and starts making his own butterfly clip. She got lunch sent to her office, because she skipped lunch and kept on working.
An hour before dinner she was finally done and called Akaza over to her office.
"You called Shinobu-san?", Akaza asks walking up to the insect pillar.
"Indeed. I have done what you requested", she answers with a proud smile.
"Really? May I see?"
Shinobu nods and hands him his new and own butterfly clip.

Akaza's eyes widen in surprise and he immediately puts it on happily.
"Thank you so much Shinobu-san", Akaza thanked her and she chuckled and dismissed him. He happily walked to the triplets and Nezuko to show them excitedly his own butterfly hair clip.
Back to Douma, he was scolded by Muzan, who was furious about Douma not doing his job right. He then let him go with a last warning and ordered Nakime to sent the demon to his cult.
The upper moon two was now sitting on his cult seat with a distressed look as he kept on thinking about the living Kocho sibling. He figured out that the corps changed its location after his lovers appearance and he got more annoyed about that. In the end he killed his visitors and the witnesses and ate them fastly.
