The twins, Asteria and I dance in circles, proudly waving the Ireland flag around, as we sing along to the Irish music that played throughout the tent. "There's no one like Krum!" Ron begins. "Krum?" George asks in a silly, deep voice. "Dumb Krum?" Fred does the same. "He's like a bird, the way he rides the wind!" Ron continues as the twins begin flapping their arms like birds, chanting. "Dumb Krum! Dumb Krum!" "He's more than an athlete! He's an artist!" Ron finishes his serenade. "I think you're in love, Ron!" Ginny chimes in. "Shut up." He retorts.
"Viktor, I love you!" George starts.
"Viktor, I do!" Fred continues.
"When we're apart, my heart beats only for you!" Harry and I chime in with the twins and laugh.
George starts hitting Ron with a pillow, as a loud bang and some screams are heard from outside. "Sounds like the Irish have got their pride on!" Fred announces with a grin as he grabs a pillow of his own. "Stop! Stop it!" Arthur protests, taking George's pillow from him. "It's not the Irish.." He walks over to Ginny, taking her arm protectively. "We've got to get out of here. Now!" He demands, ushering us all out of the tent.
"Get out! It's the death eaters!" A man shrieks as he and a few others sprint past us. Tents in the distance are burning, people are screaming as they all barrel towards us. "I'm sorry, I have to find Draco." I hear Asteria say, kissing George's cheek before she takes off among the crowd. "Get back to the Portkey, everybody, and stick together!" Arthur instructs. "Fred, George! Ginny is your responsibility!" He calls as I see Fred put a protective arm around his sister. "Go!" We all take off in the direction of where the Portkey was located, but we lose one on the way. "Harry!" Hermione exclaims. Of course, it's Harry. But we can't turn back for him now! We just have to wait at the portkey until he can catch up. For his sake, I hope he does.
He doesn't.
The tents all burn to the ground. Once the fire is out, there is nothing left but ash and debris, and Arthur sends us out to look for Harry. The twins with Ginny, and myself with Hermione and Ron. We take our time searching, lifting rubble just in case, but soon a green light emits in the sky, forming the shape of the infamous dark mark, the mark of you-know-who. We're going to have to make this a quick search. "Harry!" I call out. "Where are you!?" Ron exclaims. "Harry!!" Hermione shouts before we spot him hiding behind some barely-standing tents. "We've been looking for you for ages!" I announce as we sprint over to him. "Thought we lost you, mate." Ron says softly, looking toward his best friend. "What is that..?" Harry asks, looking towards the symbol in the sky. He then winces as his scar begins to burn.
A group of puffs of smoke apparate around us, before we hear a plethora of voices all cast "Stupefy!" We manage to quickly duck, the spells hit one another and fizzle out. "Stop!" Arthur calls out. "That's my son!" He runs over to us. "Ron, Harry, Hermione, Atticus. Are you alright?" He asks us. "We stayed to look for Harry.." Ron says softly. "Which one of you conjured it!?" A man in a bowler hat asks, his wand pointed at us. "Crouch, you can't possi-" Arthur starts before being interrupted. "Do not lie! You've been discovered at the scene of the crime!" "Crime??" Harry asks in confusion. "Barty, they're just kids!" Arthur protests. "What crime?" Harry asks again. "It's the Dark Mark, Harry. It's His mark." Hermione whispers to him. "What, Voldemort? Those people tonight, in the masks, they're his too, aren't they? His followers?" Harry asks, earning a nod in response from Arthur. "Yeah. Death Eaters." This man, Barty, looks to his colleagues and sighs. "Follow me." He announces as they begin walking off. "There was a man, before. There." Harry announced, pointing off in a direction. "All of you, this way!" Barty instructs, leading them now over to where Harry had pointed them. "A man, Harry?" Arthur asks. "Who?" "I don't know. I didn't see his face.." his voice trails off as he looks back up at the dark mark in the sky. I sigh softly. I've lost Cedric and Amos. I suppose I'm staying with the Weasleys for the night then, until we can contact Amos, at least.
I hope Alex and Asteria made it out okay.
