It's the same day. Brooke is a the Forrester office looking at some designs when Ridge walks in smiling, holding a single red rose in his hand. Brooke turns around and she's shocked.

Brooke: Ridge?! 

Ridge: Hi Logan.

They embraced. 

Next scene: Hope and Liam are in bed naked under the covers. Liam smiles and Hope looks lost in her thoughts. 

Liam: It's been such a long time since... Since we... 

Hope: Made love.

Liam: Yes. Maybe I should go to another continent move often?

Hope: Definitely not however I understand that you need to see Kelly from time to time... If you will need to travel to Steffy again then... It's ok.

Liam: Right now I want to be here with you. 

Liam embraced Hope tighter. She looks guilty.

Next scene: Back to Brooke and Ridge.

Ridge: I came back home and you weren't there... I figured you must be already at work.

Brooke: I'm happy you are back... How's Steffy doing? 

Ridge: She's doing better. Each time I see her her body is stronger.

Brooke: That's good... The children have to be so confused... 

Ridge: They are... They ask a lot of questions... Like when are we going home and... Will mommy ever walk again... It's heartbreaking.

Brooke looks sad. She touches Ridge's shoulder.

Brooke: I'll be here for you Ridge... 

Ridge: Thank you.

Ridge kisses Brooke's hand. 

Ridge: What about you? RJ? Henry? 

Brooke: We were fine. RJ seems to be a bit calmer.

Ridge: That's good. I called him and he seemed fine... Can't wait to see him. When I came back home he and Coco were not in the cabin.

Brooke: They spend time with Coco's mom. 

Ridge: I see. So did you miss me?

Brooke smiles at Ridge and then she remembers Dave's visit.

Ridge: Is everything ok?

Brooke: Ridge, I need to tell you something. 

Phone rings.

Ridge: Excuse me. 

Ridge picks up the phone at the desk.

Ridge: Yes Pam? What? Dave? 

Brooke is shocked.

Ridge looks at Brooke all confused.

Ridge: Let him in... 

Ridge puts the phone down slowly.

Ridge: Brooke, why is your ex fiance asking to get into the building?

Brooke looks anxious.

Next scene: Thorne is in the fitting room looking sad. Maya walks in.

Maya: Hey... 

Thorne: Hey Maya.

Maya: I know that look... You aren't ok. You miss Macy so much?

Thorne: Of course I miss her, but there is more...
