We are done

Caroline is in the loft checking her email when she hears knocking. She opens the door and see's Thomas. She gives him an angry look. 

Thomas: I want to talk about the annulment papers... 

Caroline: Just sign them and give them to Carter

Caroline tries to close the door, but Thomas stops her and opens it. Caroline looks annoyed and she walks into the apartment. 

Caroline: Seriously? 

Thomas: Hear me out.

Caroline: Thomas... Liam and Hope told me everything. 

Thomas: I thought they will. Liam is probably happy that he could completely destroy us with this story. He never liked me.

Caroline laughs.

Caroline: Oh my God...  You are completely oblivious... You're not the victim here Thomas! You are the villain! 

Thomas looks sad.

Next scene: Brooke is at her home when she hears knocking. She opens the door. It's Taylor.

Brooke: Taylor... Please come in. 

Taylor walks in and Brooke closes the door.

Taylor: You look amazing. 

Brooke: Thank you... It's because Hope is back.

Taylor: Of course. You got your daughter back... I'm so happy for you. I remember how heartbroken you were... 

Brooke: Thanks God it's over now. I just feel for the parents of his girl that really died.

Taylor: Me too... Brooke, I think that deep down you know why I'm here... Not only to tell you how happy I am that Hope is alive, but also to ask you to have some sympathy for my son.

Brooke doesn't know what to answer. 

Next scene: Hope is at her home looking around. She grabs the photo of her, Liam and Beth. She looks at it and smiles slightly. Liam walks in.

Liam: Hey... 

Hope: Hi... Well at least because of stuff like that I know you're my real husband.

Hope shows Liam the photo before she puts it away.

Liam: Yeah... When I think that Thomas touched you I... I want to kill him. 

Hope: I'm so sorry...

Liam: It's absolutely not your fault.

Hope: I saw the hurt in your eyes... And trust me, I don't feel good either thinking that someone that hurt me and you so deeply has touched me. 

Liam: We have to put this behind us... Or we will lose our minds. 

Hope: First I have to remember everything... And I remember almost nothing...

Liam looks sad and he hugs Hope.

Next scene: Back to Caroline and Thomas.

Thomas: Caroline, I would never do all of this if not because of the hurt... 

Caroline: Oh yes... That's my fault now... Maybe I should go to Hope and apologize for my behavior that led to her suffering? It's not your fault of course... It just can't be your fault. You know what? What I did was horrible, but what y0u have done is unforgivable... But it's not your fist rodeo... I mean you made a grieving mother out of Hope an later you allowed Brooke to be one too. 

Thomas: Excuse me, but when it comes to Beth it was Hope's doctor! 

Caroline: Oh spare me the excuses... You went along with it so you are as responsible as him... I believed you changed and that's why I married you... I loved you... But you didn't change. You will never change.
