A misunderstood hug

It's a new day. Bridget, Nick, Sally and Jack are at bikinis.

Bridget: I'm so happy you guys all came... 

Jack: Of course. I'm always down for some nice family time.

Bridget: So how are you feeling Sally?

Sally: Thank you for asking... I'm still getting used to my new situation. It's not easy.

Nick: But she's a brave girl. 

Sally smiles at Nick.

Jack: That's true... 

Bridget: Yeah, I can see that. Nick... I'm happy you came... I didn't know you would. 

Nick: Are you kidding me? Of course I came. I wouldn't miss it for the world.

Bridget: Even for Taylor?

Nick looks nervous. Sally and Jack look at him.

Next scene: Steffy is at the cliff house wondering about something when Finn walks in.

Finn: A penny for your thoughts. 

Steffy: Hi... It's... Nothing. I was literally thinking about nothing.

Finn: Really? Well, then I will stop asking. You seem stressed since days. 

Steffy: Yeah well... I think my mom is in the wrong relationship.  

Finn: This again? Honey, I think you are wrong.

Steffy: Am I though? 

Finn: Nick and Taylor are in love! 

Taylor walks in.

Taylor: I agree! What's going on? Let me guess... Steffy told you that I shouldn't be with Nick? I should be with your dad, right?

Steffy looks annoyed.

Next scene: Brooke and Ridge are at their home. Brooke is showing photos on her phone to Ridge.

Brooke: Look at this little angel... 

Ridge: Helen is really cute

Brooke: I know... Oh, I became an aunt... Probably for the last time... It's emotional for me.

Ridge: It should be a beautiful time for you... 

Brooke: What do you mean? It is a beautiful time...

Ridge: Seffy told me about yesterday.

Brooke: Steffy told you her version of yesterday where Taylor is a victim. Right?

Ridge: You yelled at her... 

Brooke: I did raise my voice... But what Taylor was saying was...

Ridge: I don't care. Don't yell at Taylor.

Brooke: You didn't even let me finish... She was offending my daughter. She is making a homewrecker out of her, but she didn't do anything. I'm not going to just stand back and allow Taylor's paranoia to hurt my child. 

Ridge: Have some understanding...

Brooke: Ridge... You are my husband. You should stand by me and not your ex wife who is being emotionally abusive to me and my child. 

Ridge: That's a exaggeration... 

Brooke: Is it? Constantly suggesting that the Logans are out to get her and saying my daughter wants to destroy her marriage is very offensive. I would have to be a fool to allow that! 

Ridge looks worried.

Next scene: Back to bikinis.

Nick: I think that Taylor will understand why I'm here...
