Caroline enters the loft and cries. Douglas walks out. 

Douglas: Mom? 

Caroline wipes her tears.

Caroline: You're home? 

Douglas: Yes. My friends mom brought me here. I told her you are home already.

Caroline: Why did you tell her that? You know that I don't want you to be alone at home. 

Douglas: You should be at home at that hour.

Caroline: Something kept me at work ok? Never as miss Lilly to bring you back here until I call her, ok?

Douglas: Alright... But why are you crying? 

Caroline: I.... I made a mistake. I need to fix it... Something at work. Don't worry.

Taylor walks into the loft.

Douglas: Grandma! 

Douglas runs to Taylor and they hug. Caroline looks scared.

Taylor: Sorry for not knocking, but I'm in a hurry to talk to you. 

Caroline: It's ok.

Taylor: Douglas, can you go to your room? I need a moment alone with your mom.

Douglas: Okay grandma.

Douglas rushed upstairs.

Taylor: Amazing boy, isn't he?

Caroline: I agree... So you already know, right? 

Taylor: I do... What the hell were you even thinking?

Caroline looks sad and Taylor furious. 

Next scene: Brooke is crying in her home when Ridge walks into the house. He slowly approaches her. 

Ridge: Logan... 

Brooke: Did you have fun at work?

Ridge: No...

Brooke: Are you sure? 

Ridge: How could I have fun? All I think about is you and the upcoming funeral... You know that.

Brooke: Thomas was here.

Ridge looks down.

Brooke: How could you Ridge?! You cheat on me with you sons wife now that I'm grieving?! What kind of man are you?

Ridge looks sad. 

Next scene: Back to Caroline and Taylor.

Caroline: I don't know what Thomas told you, but he misunderstood everything and he wouldn't even listen to me and Ridge. 

Taylor: Did you kiss Ridge? Yes or not?

Caroline: Yes, but...

Taylor: There is no but! Have you lost balance and fall on Ridge's lips by accident?

Caroline: No...

Taylor: So you have no excuse for cheating on my son with his own dad. 

Thomas walks into the room.

Thomas: It's true... There is no excuse. What you did broke me... 

Caroline starts crying. 

Taylor: I don't get how it could even happen?! Why Caroline?! 

Caroline: I don't know, ok?!

Taylor: Did Ridge kiss you first?

Caroline: No...
