A brother's advice

Diana is in shock and Sheila stands in front of her.

Diana: Mom? 

Sheila: Yes Sweetie... 

Diana: Why... Why are you here?

Sheila: I had to see you and your brother.

Diana: You saw Finn?

Sheila: Yes... And now I came to see you... I also saw my grandson... I wish I could hug him.

Diana: It's impossible... You know that. You shouldn't even be here mom... You could get arrested! 

Sheila: I have a costume.

Diana: Rick can get here anytime... Ridge or anyone from the Forrester family mom... Steffy was already furious with me for letting you go in the past.

Sheila: She was?

Diana: Mom, I almost lost her... My niece didn't want to know me. It was very painful... But I couldn't let you end up in jail.

Diana stated tearing up.

Sheila hugs Diana.

Next scene: Hope and Liam are at home and look at Hope's phone together.

Liam: Wow, isn't he the cutest?

Hope: He is... I'm an aunt once again... And I love it.

Liam: Maybe one day we will have a son too? 

Hope smiles, but she gets sad and looks down.

Liam: Hey, you don't want it?

Hope: I do... It's just that...

Liam: Look, I know that we struggled for a bit... And we still do because of your brother's condition... But we will be so happy again. You'll see... And you know why we will be happy? Because we are in love... And nothing else mattes.

Hope: You really believe that nothing else matters? 

Liam: Yes. We should focus on one thing only... Love. 

Hope smiles. 

Next scene: Back to Sheila and Diana. They still hug and Diana cries.

Sheila: You're crying... That means... That you love me.

Diana: Mom, of course I love you... 

Sheila: And so does Finn.

Diana: Did he tell you that? 

Sheila: He... Didn't call the police... That's good, right? He let me go... 

Diana: Yeah... He feels the same way as me when it comes to you... We both want you safe, but also... Far away from us.

Sheila's smile fades.

Finn walks in. 

Finn: Diana... Who is your...

Sheila turns around.

Finn: Friend... 

Diana: It's mom.

Finn: You were supposed to go away... Why are you here?!

Sheila doesn't know what to answer.

Next scene: Thomas is at FC and looks at some designs. Caroline opens the door and notices Thomas. She smiles. She walks to him very silently and scares him. 

Caroline: Boo!

Thomas: Oh God! You scared me! 

Caroline: That was absolutely my intention.
