Steffy is crying in Finn's arms at home. 

Finn: Steffy, so is Hope dead?

Steffy: I don't know.

Finn: Okay so... Maybe she will be found alive? That's a possibility.

Steffy: Finn... It's a plane crash... It's almost impossible for her to survive it. 

Finn: I'm sorry... I am just trying to be optimistic.

Steffy: Liam was here when I found out... You can't imagine how he reacted. 

Finn: It's going to be a hard time for him... That's for sure.

Taylor and Nick get inside the house laughing.

Taylor: Steffy, can you finally start closing the door? Anyone could enter! 

Finn: Sorry... I am the one that forgot to close the door.

Nick: Hey... Are you crying?

Steffy: Yeah. 

Taylor: What happened?

Steffy: Hope was on a plane to Cuba and it crashed on an island nearby. 

Taylor and Nick are shocked.

Next scene: Deacon, D, Rebecca and Brittany are at bikinis. 

Brittany: Your last family party with us D... How do you feel about it?

D: I feel... Sad, but excited. I hate that it gives me hope... But it really... It really does.

Deacon: I believe that there is a cure for you son. I am not losing a child. No way. 

Rebecca: I believe there is a cure as well. You will come back healthy and you will marry cousins beautiful daughter. 

Brittany: Oh yes.... We have to get married right away.

D: That's absolutely what I want. Trust me. I am so sure that if I will have more years to live... I want to spend them with you. 

Brittany smiles. 

D: CJ wanted me to go with him right away, but... I want to wait for Hope to come back from Cuba. I feel like I didn't spend enough time with her... And she has a problem with Liam. 

Deacon: Really?

D: Yeah... That's why she decided to travel to Cuba instead of her assistant. She wasn't supposed to go. 

Deacon gets a call.

Deacon: Hey Brooke.

Brooke: Deacon... Can you come by?

Deacon: Where?

Brooke: I need to talk to you... At my home.

Deacon: Sure. I'll be on my way...

Rebecca: Who was it?

Deacon: Brooke Logan... She wants me to come to her... She sounded sad. 

Everyone looks surprised. 

Brittany: Why would Brooke want to talk to you?

Deacon: I don't know... But I didn't really like the tone of her voice... Something isn't right. 

Deacon looks very worried.

Next scene: Back to the cliff house.

Steffy: I was often so mean to Hope...

Taylor: You were rivals at one point... Both mean to each other.
