"Late," Dallas says as he tosses his cigarette on the ground. "The hell took you two so long?"

"I didn't want to come." Cash says shrugging his shoulders.

"I had better things to do," River says placing her hands on her hips.

Dallas rolled his eyes. "The fucking hunters will be here soon, so we better kill as much as we can, so we can fucking go."

"Alright alright, don't be so grumpy," River says walking past Dallas. "Are they in this building?"

River looks up at a very tall, abandoned building in front of her, she sighs. "They're on every floor. I got weapons for you to use in the trunk." Dallas says opening the trunk of his vehicle.

"Every floor?" River sighed as she grabbed a bowie knife and a karambit. "You owe me a drink after this."

"Yeah sure, if you get a floor down in like 5 minutes," Dallas says. He grabbed a few daggers and a butcher knife.

"Bet," River says with a grin.

Cash rolled his eyes as he grabbed a cleaver. "You couldn't get one monster down in 3 minutes, I doubt you can do a floor."

"Screw you. I bet you couldn't." River says with a glare.

"I can get two floors down in 5 minutes." Cash says with a smug look.

"Bet," River says. "If you can get two floors down in 5 minutes, I owe you a big dinner but if I get an entire floor down in 5 minutes. You owe me and Myah a romantic dinner"

"Deal." Cash says the two shake hands.

Dallas sighs. "Is making bets the only way you two will get shit done?"

"Yeah, makes it more interesting," River says with a grin, she skips over to the entrance of the building.

Cash follows. "Yo, did you check and see if any dumbass teens were inside the building?"

"Nah, why would I?" Dallas asks, following Cash inside.

"Cuz, I don't feel like dealing with a monster who recently ate a meal. The younger the victim the stronger the damn thing gets." Cash says. He was tired and didn't really want to deal with the trouble.

"Shouldn't be a big deal for you," Dallas says watching River, charging toward a giant monster, she slices the stomach open as she jumps and slices the head off. "Cover the top floor."

"Got it." Cash says running past River. "See you in 5 minutes."

"I can't wait for that dinner." She teases as she cuts down a second monster.

Cash chuckles as he runs upstairs, he sees three little gremlins coming toward him, he grins as he kicks one and slices the others down, he makes it to the second floor, Dallas runs past him as he cuts down the ugly creatures on this floor, so he runs upstairs to the third floor, he grins seeing a giant creature. Cash jumps on top of the monster, slicing its neck and jumping off of it stabbing it in the stomach, and opening it. Disgusting guts pouring onto the ground.

Cash looks to the side and sees 4 little gremlins coming toward him. He grins and runs over; he kicks them and smashes their heads in with his boots. Cash slices down a few more normal-sized creatures. He looked around, noticing he cleared out this floor, he looked down at his watch seeing it was only a minute and a half. He grins.

Cash moved onto the 4th floor; Cash sees more of the gremlins than the big ones. He stepped on the two creatures on the stairs as he entered the 4th floor, he looked around and saw blood splatter everywhere. He noticed it looked like fresh blood, he walked further into the room and saw a small fire in the middle of the room or what was a small fire, it was out now. He notices what looks like a bong and a few pills and little baggies lying around. Ah, teens were getting high and enjoying life. That sucks for them.

Cash heard a high-pitched scream, coming from upstairs on the 5th floor. He sighs, he doesn't really do the whole saving people. Kinda gets in the way of getting money. Cash sighs as he walks up the stairs, sometimes he'll save someone but only if they pay him or something, or sometimes he'll be in a good mood and save the dumbass.

Cash is in a semi-good mood so why not save someone? Cash stepped into the room seeing a girl being pinned down by a very giant monster. "Aren't you a big boy?" Cash runs over and slices the monster's back. He knows it won't be that easy, but he needs the damn thing's attention on him, so the girl could get away. Cash slices the arm too, the creature growls and turns around glaring at Cash.

"Hey, when his full attention is on me, I need you to take a run for it. Downstairs. All the floors below are clear." Cash says glancing at the girl.

"No, my sister is stuck upstairs... I need to get her." The girl says as she slowly moves away from the creature.

Cash sighs. "Well, then she's probably dead."

"Fuck you, she's fine! She's not dead." The girl says as she heads towards the stairs. Her sudden movements got the monster's attention again.

"Goddamnit." Cash says as he charges at the monsters, slicing them down or trying to but it is completely ignoring Cash and going after the girl, following her upstairs. "Fuck, you're a dumbass." Cash says chasing after the two up the stairs. They made it to the 6th floor, Cash saw another girl trying to fight off little gremlins, he looked to the right and saw a guy stomping the head of 3 gremlins.

Cash rushes toward the giant monster and slices the back for the 5th time. The girl rushes over picks up a pipe and kills the gremlin, saving the girl who he assumes is her sister. "Faye!" The girl says hugging Faye.

"Holy shit, Cora, are you ok?" Faye asked looking at her sister, looking for any sight of harm on her body.

"Hey, cut the reunion bullshit, he wants the two of you, because you reek of fear, so either get the fuck out or help." Cash says trying to keep the creature back. But he fed on a few others that were here. So, he's going to be difficult to cut down.

"We can't fight that thing!" Faye says.

"Then fucking leave." Cash says he jumps on top of the creature, trying to slice its thick neck.

"Nix! Come on!" Faye and Cora yell, running toward the stairs.

The guy Nix who was actually fighting looked over toward the girls, he was about to go over to them, but he noticed Cash struggling a little with the creature. "You two go on," Nix says he grabs the pipe on the ground as he runs over, he hits the monster's stomach with the pipe as hard as he can.

The monster leans forward, Cash takes advantage and stabs the back of its neck, the cleaver getting stuck. Cash stood on its back and tried to stomp on the cleaver.

Nix swings the pipe onto the monster's legs, knocking it forward. When it lands on the ground, Cash puts his entire body weight onto the cleaver, cutting the head off finally. Cash looks over at Nix watching him sit on the ground, his hand on his side. Looks like he is bleeding, probably got clawed by one of them, Cash looked around noticing all of the head creatures, the kid probably did this himself since the girls looked useless.

"Yo, how deep is the wound?" Cash asked, kneeling down, usually he'd just leave the wounded alone and go on with his mission, but this kid did help him out.

"It's not that bad, but it fucking hurts," Nix says with a chuckle. He looked up at Cash, his brown mop of hair falling away from his eyes.

Cash felt the entire room get brighter when he locked eyes with Nix. Woah what color is that? Those are the brightest eye colors. It was the prettiest color he'd ever seen... But he's never seen this color before.

Cash watched as Nix's jaw dropped like he was surprised. Nix peels his eyes away from Cash, Cash notices Nix looking down at her blue shirt that had blood stains on it. Nix chuckles. "Oh... Wow, this is...red... blue."

Cash's eyes widen at the words. His body froze on the spot. He couldn't say a word. But he did realize green might be his favorite color.
