Hermione's crush

Harry had been walking around with a potions book for a while now. Draco wasn't sure where it came from.

They were going into potions class with Professor Slughorn standing in front of the room. Draco took a seat next to Pansy who looked distracted.

"Hey Pansy." Draco said tapping her on the arm. She turned to look at him.

"Huh?" She mumbled blinking at him

"You tired?" Draco asked

She nodded her head "I stayed up with Daphne talking didn't go to bed." She yawned as she

"Yay they were talking." Theo said making air quotes. She reached over and smacked him. Sending a glare over at him.

"Shut it Theo." She said as Blaise leaned back to join in on the conversation.

"Someone in trouble? My money is on Theo." Blaise commented. He grinned over at Draco and he nodded at the other boy. "Yay it's definitely Theo."

"How is it always my fault?" Theo asked rolling his eyes.

"It just is Theo." Draco told his friend.

Blaise snorted "I was right."

"Alright class if I could find lease have your attention." Slughorn said. Draco and his friends turned to stare at their teacher waiting for him to continue talking. "We will now be making the  Amortentia. Last time you just smelled it this time you will make it. Do be sure that you don't drink it." He told them all looking at everyone in a turn.

They got there areas ready and Draco watched as Harry pulled out his potions book.

When Harry opened it up to the page with Amortentia on it he swore he knew the handwriting.

He turned his attention away from Harry and to the task at hand.

"Keep staring at him and you might mess up your potion." Theo told him in a sing song voice.

"Put a sock in it Theo." Draco said snappily

Theo raised an eyebrow "that's a new one."

"Just shut up and do your work. Or your both going to fail." Blaise said while throwing something at Theo.

Draco rolled his eyes at his friends and went back to the potion. He glanced back over at Harry about half way through the class. His potion looked right so far. Draco remembered when Harry's skill suddenly went up during sixth year.

When they were dismissed Draco pinched Harry in the arm. Harry looked over at him and smiled.

"How's your potion going?" Harry asked him

"Fine like always. I noticed that your potion was going well." Draco told him while linking their arms.

Harry nodded and pulled him a bit closer. "It is." He stated

"That's good normally you suck." Draco said honestly. Harry snorted and didn't look the slightest bit upset about what he said.

"Your right I do suck at potions." Harry agreed

"Not just potions." Hermione said as she joined them.

"Oh hey Hermione I thought you were going to the courtyard." Harry said

She sighed "well yes I originally was but I changed my mind. I wanted to ask for some advice. Dating advice." She told them clasping her hands together and making a strained face.

"Dating advice huh. About Ron?" Harry asked elbowing her in the side. She slapped his arm.

"Yes about Ron." She said in a way that said obviously.

"Don't act surprised Harry we already knew she liked him. It was extremely obvious. People tell me all the time that me and you were but I think there hypocrites because there all the same way." Draco told them both as he smiled over at Hermione.

"Ok fine I am obvious about it I admit that. But I'm all seriousness you two were also obvious. You were always seeking out each others attention. Also Harry low key stalked you."

Harry choked on nothing and Draco snapped his head up to Harry's. He looked more than a little embarrassed.

"I had a problem." Harry said

"Not a problem it's an obsession." Hermione told him.

Draco felt a heat crawl up his face. "I bet that invisibility cloak helped."

"Let's just focus on Hermione and Ron right now ok." Harry told them with a groan as he covered his face.

Draco brightened "yes let's talk about that I have waited for this."
