me: This is our latest single. It's actually my favorite Marina song. She sang it in our story Jealousy Jubilee. Remember that, Burt?
Burt: Yeah. Adam and I had an entire scene with her.
me: So, last summer, we were looking for songs to sing and I remembered I wanted to have Burt sing a Marina song and that was the one he picked.
Burt: Yes. The only problem was we had to change a couple of lyrics because I'm a guy and the original lyric was "I wanna be a virgin pure, a 21st century whore".
me: Yeah, and I cringe at the mental picture of Burt being a "whore".
Burt: *laughs* So now you know. Any requests?
