"Naga, where is Don Armage?" Lucky asked.
"I overheard them. His location is in the Southern Cross system." Naga replied.
"The Southern Cross?" Kotaro repeated.
"...around there." Naga added.
"Nice gag!" Balance commented.
"So nothing specific?" Garu questioned.
"No. That's enough." Lucky stated, "Alright. Let's take the Orion-gou there."
"Raptor. what's the Orion-gou's current status?" Spada questioned.
Raptor seemed nervous as she answered. "Well... actually... not ready yet."
"How much more time will it take?" Stinger questioned.
"I'm sorry! Ummm... well.. ummm..."
The alarms on the ship started blaring before Raptor could finish. If she was ever going to finish. Whatever she wanted to say, she really didn't actually want to say.
A screen came up, showing a moraimars. It blew up. That was not good.
"The moraimars are blowing up?"
"I thought they were inoperative." Stinger commented.
The screen changed to a different area. Civilians were running away from something in terror. And then another governor showed up on screen.
"Jark Matter!" Hammie exclaimed. "Did they reactivate them?"
"Alright. Let's stop them before there's any more damage." Lucky stated.
"My word. A deployment?" Tsurugi said. He was sitting in the commander's chair. When did he get there?
"Hey! Why are you in the commander's seat?!" Spada demanded.
"I was the first president of the Galactic Alliance, after all." Tsurugi stood up. "Alright, I will spin the kyulette."
Onyx walked up to him and whacked him over the head. "Give me it! You are not in charge."
Tsurugi stared at Onyx with the look of a child who didn't understand why he was being punished. Too bad those looks never worked on them.
"I will hit you again if I have to. Move over." Onyx stated. "I'm the oldest here, if anything I should be the one in charge for now."
Tsurugi pouted slightly at them, and then stepped aside. Onyx rolled their eyes and grabbed the kyulette. They brought it to the table. Everyone gathered around.
They all placed their kyutamas inside and Onyx spun the wheel. Out came five of them. Lucky, Hammie, Stinger, Garu, and Naga. They had been chosen. They celebrated getting chosen.
"Those are the five. Good luck." Onyx stated.
"Now, everyone. After me!" Tsurugi started walking to the doors as well.
Everyone glanced at Onyx.
"This is not a fight I feel like picking. Just let him go... save me the headache." Onyx said.
"Maybe you should go babysit him on the mission. He might start bossing everyone around again." Spada nudged Onyx toward the door as well. "We'll handle everything with the ship."
"Ah... can I talk to you in private, Onyx? Before you go." Raptor asked hesitantly.
"Sure." Onyx nodded.
The two went out of the room. Raptor was fiddling with her hands.
"Um... the... the..."
"It can't be fixed, right? The ship is at the end of its journey." Onyx said. They had pieced things together a bit.
