The headlight of Daryl's motorcycle illuminated the path ahead of us. I clung tighter as Daryl maneuvered around walkers that were in our way.

The sky was blue, morning was approaching.

Daryl drove along the dirt road for a while longer before stopping. He put his feet down and took his hands off of the handle.

"Why'd you stop?" I asked, lowering my arms from his waist.

"Tryna figure out where we're gonna go." He looked at the road.

I thought for a second. "The highway-- where we left supplies for Sophia. I bet everyone else will go there."

He rubbed his chin with the back of his hand. "Alrigh'." He said, putting his hands back on the handlebar. I put my arms around him again. "Don't see any other options."

Daryl's a really buff guy-- it felt like I was hugging a rock whenever I wrapped my arms around him. I felt a little embarrassed whenever he started driving again and I clung tighter to him.

He drove for a while longer. The roads were long, and the rows of trees seemed like a blur as we passed them. It wasn't until we turned a corner that I saw the end of another vehicle.

Daryl saw it too. He sped up a bit to get a closer look. The car was a light green-- a car I had recognized from the farm.

"That's Glenn and Maggie!" I yelled over the engine. Daryl realized it too and drove ahead of the car.

He briefly turned around, I did too. And sure enough, there was Glenn and Maggie; looking right back at us.

A smile came onto my face and Daryl turned back around. He stayed in front of Glenn and Maggie, prompting them to follow us. And they did so.

The sun had been up for a while by the time we got to the highway. Glenn and Maggie still drove behind us, and we had managed to also find T-dog, Lori, Beth, and Carol on the way.

Daryl navigated through the cars and looked for the familiar car we had wrote on. I caught sight of it, the yellow car with the white-- now washed away-- paint that wrote, 'Sophia stay here we will come everyday' on the windshield.

Daryl saw it too and began to move towards it. As we got closer, I could see three people hiding behind a red car. I looked closer, seeing it was Hershel, Rick, and Carl.

They made it.

Daryl drove across the grass that separated us, followed by the two other cars with our people. Rick, Hershel, and Carl hurried over to us and Daryl parked his bike.

I got off, still standing next to the motorcycle. Rick walked up to us, grabbing Daryl's hand in some sort of greeting. He then turned, offering me a smile to which I returned.

"Oh, thank God!" I could hear a voice I recognized as Maggie's. She ran over to her father, engulfing him in a hug. Beth shortly followed.

Lori hopped out of the blue truck T-dog drove, running towards Rick and Carl. Rick also ran, and once they had met in the middle they embraced each other tightly.

Glenn and T-dog walked up now, and Rick turned to Daryl. "How'd you find everyone?"

"Well, those guys' tail lights zigzagging all over the road-- figured he had to be asian drivin' like that." Daryl joked, standing to the side of his bike.
