"Morning." I groaned as I approached the others at the breakfast table. I was hungover as shit."Morning." They all greeted me back.
I took a seat and brought my hands to my temples, my head was pounding and I felt like I was gonna throw up.
"Eggs. Powdered, but I do 'em good." T-dog said, bringing over the eggs he made to the table. "I bet you can't tell."
Glenn groaned and held his head as Jacqui massaged his shoulders. T-dog put some eggs on me and Glenns plates.
"Protein helps the hangover." He said.
"Thanks T-dog." I thanked him, rubbing my head.
"You were so drunk last night-- you should've seen." He laughed, patting my shoulder.
"Ugh, I barely remember anything. I hope I didn't do anything too embarrassing." I chuckled.
"Don't ever, ever, ever let me drink again." Glenn mumbled.
"Ditto." I said. I picked up my spoon and began to eat my eggs.
"The hell happened to you?" T-dog asked Shane. "Your neck?"
"I must have done it in my sleep." He said. Weird.
"You okay, sweetie?" Jacqui rubbed my shoulders, placing a glass of water next to my plate.
"Yea, thank you." I said, taking the glass and taking a long drink. "You're really good at massages." I laughed, she smiled, also laughing.
"Morning." Jenner said as he entered the room.
"Hey, doc." Shane greeted.
"Doctor, I don't mean to slam you with questions first thing--" Dale said.
"But you will anyway." Jenner said, pouring himself a cup of coffee.
"We didn't come here for the eggs." Andrea told him.

Jenner led us into the big room, turning on a computer or something.
"Give me playback of TS-19." He said to the machine.
"Playback of TS-19." Vi spoke. A screen in front of the room then lit up.
"Few people ever got a chance to see this. Very few." Jenner told us. The screen was loading a picture of what looked like a human brain.
"Is that a brain?" Carl asked.
"An extraordinary one." Jenner answered. "Not that it matters in the end. Take us in for E.I.V"
"Enhanced internal view." Vi said. The screen then showed a close up of the brain. We all watched intently. We got an even closer look as the screen showed flashing lights inside the brain.
"What are those lights?" Shane asked.
"It's a persons life. Experiences, memories, it's everything. Somewhere in all that organic wiring, all those ripples of light. Is you." Jenner said, pointing to us. "The thing that makes you unique, and human."
"You don't make sense, ever?" Daryl asked.
"Those are synapses. Electric impulses in the brain that carry all the messages. They determine everything a person does or thinks from the moment of birth, to the moment of death." Jenner explained. I was intrigued, the brain was so cool.
"Death? That's what this is? A vigil?" Rick stepped forward.
"Yes." Jenner confirmed. "Or rather the playback of the vigil."
