Mina's POV
"Mind me asking you something?"

That was odd, in the position we were right now.. His hands under his head, gazing at me, naked, sitting on his thighs. I gave his a look reflecting that. "If it's another round, we have things to do in the morning."

He sat up, not moving me away. "You're pretty observant, right?"

Still odd. "Yes? I guess so. Where are you going with this?"

He brushed his index against my cheek. "I decided to channel that and observe myself. I noticed two things."

I rolled my eyes and delicately messed his hair. "Get to the point, mister detective."

It made him laugh. "You're so happy here." He stopped me from answering. "I don't mean with me. I mean working here, living here."

He wasn't wrong about that. "You're stating the obvious. I'm dancing with friends. I did three clips in a month! I do maybe two a year. I never do tours except that P!NK one. My season is usually summer for dance because of festivals. Here, it's all year round. I can be my dancer self and depict emotions. I appreciate lyrics so much more! I didn't get much time for my personal work, but I did send my premade jewelry around. I made my usual sales. My custom orders are waiting and they don't mind waiting the few extra weeks.. I have my work life and personal life. Even if it's the same people.. we manage not to mingle it. It's great. Why?"

"We've been in the noisiest places full of people and you've been having a blast." His smile was genuine. "From what I can tell."

I had a chuckle escape. "I get overwhelmed, but you and my other friends support me. They don't get upset if I need to leave the room for a moment or leave entirely, if they can't leave with me, I don't mind and I can go without issues knowing I'm in a safe place.. physically and mentally. Know what I mean?"

Namjoon's POV
For the most part, I could. "It's one of the best compliments you could give us trust me. We love you like that. I certainly do."

I played with a strand of her hair. She poke my chest. "The second thing?"

Oh, right. "Is it the season or did you start wearing muted colours?"

She blinked. "What?"

"You always wore bright pinks, purples and blues. I saw your suitcase. They're there. Why not wear them?" Some people might say it looked quirky, but she was! She adored bright colours. Sure, for TV appearances they were more pastel than flashy, but half the colour wheel disappeared.

"That wasn't subtle was it?" I shook my head. "I wear them inside."

"Don't go around nitpicking, beautiful. You know I mean outside."

She motioned at me. "You wear muted colours all the time."

"Yeah." I paused. "Because I like them."

Finally, a sentence I could work with. "How would it look if you blended in the crowd and I stood out?"

I gently grabbed her by the shoulders. "Who'd give a sh*t? We're a couple, but we don't have to dress in the same palette." I moved her hair to one side. "If people want to, they can find anything to critique, so who cares and be bold, bright, pastel, colourful, because that's you." She agreed it was dumb, but she didn't want more negativity towards ourselves which I did find kind of her to do, but that we should talk about it if we worry it can be an issue.

"You know what?"Her, finally laying down next to me, said. I knew that look. "I have an idea." Yes. She. Did.

Mina's POV
I set out my set for practice before making my coffee. A ring from the building bell. What? I walked to it. "It's seven in the morning.. What in the world?" I checked the footage. Never would I have guessed. I let them in. I opened the door after they knocked. "Since when are you up this early? Practice is at ten."

The two duos didn't care. "Boo, you're awake! What's silly about us showing up?"

"You're AWAKE." I whispered/yelled. I motioned at the oppas here. "And you have the day off."

Hoseok shrugged. "I followed Byuly here! She made a good point."

She admitted to it. "We thought we could have breakfast out, all six of us at a café close to our studio. Sounds good?"

From far away. "Why is there a party in my house?"

Kookie smiled. "Dress up, hyung! We're eating out!"

Joonie gave me a look. "Give us ten minutes."

"Jesus that's bright!" Hobi said to his year twin.

Namjoon was quite proud of it. "I know!" He pulled his coat off before sitting down. "I haven't worn it in a while." Last spring.

Very yellow! "They're both popping out if you ask me!" Eonni added

Very yellow! "They're both popping out if you ask me!" Eonni added.

She wasn't wrong. I had a royal blue sweatpants and sweatshirt set. I adored that outfit and colour. "You know I wear that ensemble to practice often."

Meg laughed. "We know. It's just odd for winter."

I shrugged. "Royal blue has no season!" My idea was for me to pick from his closet for the flashiest thing, but after I pulled the yellow set, he came up with the idea to match energies basically. It was funny. Before anyone asks, we got to his show like this. We changed for it! But the little meeting after? We got back into the comfy sets. He had been drenched in his show clothes anyway.

I mean look at him! Without his featured artists, he pulled quite the show jumping around with the energy of a bear

I mean look at him! Without his featured artists, he pulled quite the show jumping around with the energy of a bear. Same show, different experience. Yeah.. I loved his silver hair.
