Mina's P.O.V.
"I thought you said you just wanted someone near you while you were writing." His shadow spread across my painting."Well, yeah! But I'm kind of blocked on a sentence right now and what you're doing is very pretty." A pause. "What about it?"
What about it? "Sanha, I can FEEL your breathing on my neck."
He took a step back. "Sorry!"
"It's okay, just be mindful of my personal space. I don't want to put paint on your clothes." I took a seat on my stool. "Did you get some work done? Hope your writer's block isn't after two sentences."
A fake laugh. "Very funny. But I DID do more than a few sentences. Being here helps a lot. I have a third of a song done." He sat back at my desk.
That was pretty good! I can understand being in a rut and not being able to go forward with work at times. When he shared his issue and his boredom, it didn't take long for me to propose the situation we were in. "Great! Hopefully, you'll finish it before I'm done with my tasks."
Sanha frowned. "You're not finishing this one today?" If only I could! "What are you going to do after that?"
"I need the base to dry before I do anything else to it. It's my last piece for my seven deadly sins collection. After that, I have to take my resin creations out of their molds, trim them, assemble some and take some pictures of them for my socials."
"Oh! I can help you with that. I'm pretty good at taking pictures. I'm sure you agree." Ah... I did agree.
It made me chuckle. "You do, but I think you're getting distracted! You have to get your song rolling first."
He pouted. "Mood killer.."
My smile didn't leave. "You wouldn't have come to me if you didn't want someone to hold you accountable. Right?" I was right.

"How are your paintings going?"I started stretching with my eonni. "I finished my last one yesterday, so I'll reveal them tonight and I'll do a live on Instagram. Hopefully, people will like it."
Solar didn't seem worried. "Of course they'll love it! What I'm excited to see is how you do my choreography. Who knows, maybe you'll accept to do more dance challenges with me?"
I didn't know what to say. I knew they were for her solo account and that she did them with actors and other Idols, even her dancers, but to do more than one with her? The fact she wanted to.. I properly bowed down. "Thank you so much! I'd love to."
"What are you doing?" She laughed pulling me up. "What's got you as grateful as our first show offer?"
Honestly, after the step back my books took in Japan, I started getting even more thankful for any small push I had. My signing doing very well a few weeks ago did cheer me up quite a lot! I was already doing something I never rationally believed I could do. Anything else is a cherry on top of everything. "I don't think I thank you enough for giving me my chance on stage really. I wouldn't have gotten any calls for dance work if it wasn't for the feedback of our performances last year. I know that you wouldn't have given me that chance and all the others after that if I didn't have skills, but I still appreciate it a lot."
Her mouth was agape before gently slapping my shoulder. "Don't say things this sweet! What's up with you, Mina?"
Might as well be honest. "I'm missing Namjoon a lot and it's so different to be managing all of this alone. My schedule is not as light as it used to be, whether it's my own fault or not." Also.. "I'm also doing the most I can before my surgery since I won't be able to do much for a week at least."
