*Picture Kimberly and Avalon doing a shopping experience like how Max and Eleven did in Stranger Things*

The next morning saw Avalon walking through the halls of Angel Grove High, looking tired than normal. As she put her things in her locker and got out the books she needed, Kimberly came over with a smile. "Hey, Avalon...whoa. You look like you didn't get much sleep." Kimberly said and Avalon snorted, closing her locker and looked at the girl in pink before sighing and leaning her back against it. "I didn't....I kept having nightmares last night." Avalon explained as she and Kimberly started walking down the halls of the school and Kimberly frowned. "How about, after school...if I am not busy with gymnastics, we go shopping? I'm sure you could use a few other things in your wardrobe?" Kimberly asked and Avalon smiled, stopping and looked at the brunette and nodded. "That sounds nice. I haven't had time to properly explore your American stores yet." 'Or find a good Magical Alley yet, but Moony is looking.' Avalon turned and bumped into Tommy Oliver who managed to catch her before she could fall.

"Whoop, easy there." Avalon blushed as she stood up, not seeing the sly grin Kimberly had on her face as Tommy picked up one of Avalon's dropped books. "Listen, how about this weekend, we meet at your place for the English assignment?" Tommy asked as he stared at Avalon, mainly her bright green eyes that reminded him of his first Ranger color and she smiled, her eyes lighting up as well. "Sure...although it will actually have to be my aunt and uncle's place as I don't have a house yet." Avalon told Tommy as they bid Kimberly goodbye and headed to their first period class. "That's fine, just give me the address and I will be over." Tommy said as they took their seats next to Rocky. Avalon got her notebook out and took notes as the class started, though she did tear off a piece and write down her aunt's address and hand it to Tommy when the teacher wasn't looking.

School dragged on just like it did back at Hogwarts, but unlike Hogwarts, there were no points systems rigged to pit kids against each other, just teens being teens. "Hey, if you see Moony, tell him I went to go hang out with Kimberly. Oh, and I gave Aunt Petunia's address to a guy I have been paired with for an assignment." Avalon told Dudley as they walked out of school and Dudley nodded. "Miss Potter!" Avalon stopped and saw the principal, Mr. Caplan walking towards her. "Miss Potter, how are you handling the schooling here? I asked your cousin the same questions the first week he was here and I am doing the same to you." Mr. Caplan explained and Avalon shrugged. "A lot different than the private school I went to, sir. But more fun and colorful." Avalon responded and Mr. Caplan nodded. "Good. Let me or any of the teachers know if you start to feel uncomfortable." Avalon nodded again and walked away, seeing Kimberly waiting for her with a tilted head. "He wanted to know how my first two days were going...did the same to Dudley." Avalon quickly explained and Kimberly nodded, taking Avalon's arm in hers and the two walked off.

The two girls found themselves at the mall as Kimberly practically dragged Avalon to every store they could as Avalon admitted to having never done this back in England. "Many people only wanted to be my friend simply because of my name and the fame that came with that name." Avalon told Kimberly as Kimberly shoved clothes in her arms for her to try on. "Well, now you have a real friend, I promise you." Kimberly assured Avalon who smiled brightly. Avalon tried on several different pieces of clothing, smiling as she could finally wear things that back in England, she wasn't allowed to. Like jeans, shorts, short skirts and other muggle clothes as well as other types of shoes other than the uncomfortable school shoes, and weird flats she had been forced to wear. "This is so much fun....why doesn't my mum do this more?" Avalon asked herself as she and Kimberly sat down at the Food Court.

"So, life in England aside from your godfather, was...bad?" Kimberly asked and Avalon sighed with a head nod. "Yep. I didn't "conform" to the standards my parents, mainly my father and weirdly my old school headmaster had somehow set for me. Oh and let me tell you, they still do forced arrange marriages too...yet, my parents married for love but would have me suffer to be married to probably the worst guy I had ever encountered?" Avalon scrunched her nose and Kimberly nearly spit out her drink. "Those still exist? Oh my god!" Kimberly said in shock as Avalon nodded. "So...tell me, what do you think of everyone you met so far?" Kimberly asked Avalon in a teasing tone which made the red head glare at the pink dressed girl before shrugging.

"Well, Rocky seems to have fun and enjoyed going to dances, carnivals, mystery parties, luaus, and hanging out at Ernie's. He was more than willing to join in a scavenger hunt, helping in clean-up projects, and even become a stuntman in a sci-fi movie. Rocky liked to stimulate his mind as well. He attempted to teach a chemistry class, enjoyed computer science, and botany classes and going to museums and learning about other cultures." Avalon noted and Kimberly nodded. "Now, Adam...he is a shy, quiet, but very kind-hearted individual. He takes his school work, martial arts, and Adam is also a firm believer in teamwork. Which makes him the perfect partner for long term school projects." Avalon said and Kimberly smiled, listening to her new friend describe her current friends. "Okay, Billy, from the brief moments that we met, he is very smart, like sometimes mad scientist smart. Throwing in scientific terms into regular conversations at times but it is funny." Avalon spoke of the guy in blue that she met a few times.

"Aisha is a very big-hearted girl, with a strong body and mind. Aisha is very strong, but agile, and always finds time for her friends. She is shown to be very musical, and intelligent." Avalon spoke encouragingly about the yellow wearing girl she had science and music with. "And she has even offered to help me learn a musical instrument if I want to." Avalon noted again and Kimberly's smile turned to a smirk. "And Tommy? You surely have caught his attention since arriving here." Avalon choked on her drink and looked at Kimberly who laughed. "Oh, it's not even a month and you already have a crush in him!" Kimberly joked and Avalon shook her head.

"Tommy....Tommy....is hotheaded at times, brave, strong willed, agile...you all are pretty agile, to be honest. Tommy is an individual that very few people would be foolish enough to provoke. Possessed of an all-or-nothing mentality, Tommy is willing to sacrifice everything he has for the sake of his goals. At least from what I can tell." Avalon said and Kimberly nodded, a smile still on her face when her watch beeped and she groaned. "Sorry, Avalon...I have to go. I'll see you at school or Youth Center!" Kimberly said as she ran off, leaving the red head looking confused but she shrugged and took the shopping bags, thankfully, not a lot, and started for home.

(So, what I had planned is in the next episode, she encounters the Rangers again but talks to them and then in the next, next chapter(which would be chapter 6) she learns about Kimberly's secret and decides to tell Kimberly she is a witch)

*Also, I will be watching season three of Mighty Morphin Power Rangers to get the story going, Avalon ain't going to be a ranger any time soon though....also....when I do Zeo, should I have her become the Zeo Pink Ranger instead of Kat?*
