Mina brushed Izuku's head that was on her lap. He had fallen asleep almost immediately after sitting down. She could feel the tension in his body after the day they had. Mina had heard of what Izuku did to keep his pack safe and it showed. His usually muscular right arm was a mass of tendrils acting as an arm and she could smell burned hair on him. Half of his hair had grown out and desperately needed a haircut but she could see the aftermath of fighting villains in the woods for so long. His clothes were in tatters again but that was an easy fix. The reason they were torn up is what worried Mina. She was worried about his mental health. Before UA, he had a peaceful life then classes started and one crisis after another had hit them and Izuku took it all head on to protect his pack. First, it was the USJ, then getting ambushed at the mall, and now this.

Mina looked around the bus to see most of her classmates in a similar situation as she was. They were still processing the attack that just happened. Kacchan most of all was looking out the window with a distant look in his eye. She could see the set grimace on his face, most likely guilt for Izuku risking his life to save him. And then there were the three missing classmates who were taken to the hospital by ambulance. Yayoruzo, Jirou, and Hagakure were caught in the gas like the majority of 1B were.

Turning her head forward, she could see Aizawa talking quietly on his phone with an even more tired expression on his face than usual. She knew he was a good teacher even when he put up the front of being cold towards his students. She turned her attention back to Izuku on her lap and gently brushed his messy hair out of his face.

They arrived at the hospital and Mina began to wake Izuku as gently as she could. "Zu? We're at the hospital, it's time to wake." She shook him gently as the bus got in front of the entrance.

Izuku woke up with a jolt after Mina's whispered words. He sat up and his tendril arm tightened together and grew blades as he looked around frantically. He saw his pack mates on the bus looking alarmed at his sudden movement but no danger. He felt a tug on his arm and looked to his mate.

"It's alright, Zu. We're at the hospital to get checked out, you got us all." She smiled with a few tears threatening to leak out of her golden black eyes.

Izuku nodded and calmed down. "Sorry." He said softly to everyone. There were multiple reassurances from everyone on the bus for his actions. Once he had calmed down, he took in his surroundings.

Aizawa was the first to get off the bus and guided his class off. They were filed out of the bus and escorted into the hospital and its waiting staff. The doctors were already alerted ahead of time of their arrival. Aizawa followed them inside and watched over them as best as he could. He watched the feral child most of all. Izuku had taken it upon himself to make sure his whole class was safe and he paid the price for it in an arm. He could see the tiredness of his student and the ever-vigilante eyes looking for any more threats. It pained him to see him in such a state.

Izuku was led away by a nurse to a nearby bed in a large room with multiple beds parallel to each other. His packmates were also being checked by other nurses. Not everyone had been injured so they were sent to the waiting area. His mate gave him a reassuring smile and hug before leaving with the others to the waiting area. Out of everyone, he was the most injured. Or it would appear that way since his clothes were in tatters and covered in dirt but in truth, he was healed completely.

The nurse sat him on a visibly reinforced bed and began to check his vitals. "We're going to need to take this off." The nurse said and gestured to his clothes.

Izuku nodded and he pulled off his shirt and shorts. He wasn't shy in the least, ten years in the woods would get rid of that. The nurse quickly gave him a new pair of shorts to cover himself and he obliged. She calmed very quickly from her flustered state and continued to check him for any injuries that weren't there.
