Harry had followed the DADA professor back to his office.

Along the way, Moody let out a fair few grunts of pain which were explained through him removing his metal leg pretty much the second they entered the room.

Harry was instantly distracted by the various objects placed everywhere.

A variety of magnifying glasses of different sizes were hung off the walls with metal poles, strange chests were placed to the sides, metal contraptions were stored around one of the corners.

The boy kept his grip on the strap of his satchel as he walked further into the room, letting his eyes wander across each of the objects.

On Professor Moody's very messy desk sat a pile of books. As Harry got closer, he caught sight of the title on the navy cover of the one on top.

Hearing a louder grunt from the professor sat in a chair beside the desk, Harry removed his gaze to watch Moody place his metal leg on a stand right in front of a large circular piece of glass.

The professor leaned back as his face morphed into a breathless relief whilst Harry came to a stop in an archway, furrowing his eyebrows as he glanced towards the glass.

"That's a Foe-Glass", Moody said, taking notice of his curiosity.

Harry kept his eyes on the centre of the glass as the professor continued to explain, "Lets me keep an eye on my enemies."

As he spoke, a number of faces seemed to float around in the glass as Moody leaned in closer.

"If I can see the whites of their eyes, they're standing right behind me!" the professor joked, quickly turning around dramatically and letting out a cackle.

Harry chuckled himself as he kept looking at the strange floating faces.

In a split second, one of them seemed to catch his eye.

A man.

He looked familiar, but Harry couldn't tell from where.

But before he could step closer to see the one dark brown eye and one forest green eye belonging to the man, he was distracted by a vicious rumble to his side, accompanied by a faint screaming.

Harry quickly jumped backwards, snapping his attention away from the Foe-Glass and onto a large, black chest.

It was shaking around on the ground, but had no threat of opening considering the multitude of complex metal locks keeping it sealed.

"Wouldn't even bother telling you what's in there. You wouldn't believe it if I did", Moody muttered from his chair.

Harry swallowed harshly as he looked back at the professor.

"Now ... what are you going to do about your dragon?" Moody asked, picking up a pencil and shifting papers around his desk.

"Oh, um ... Well, you know, I just thought I'd ...", Harry stuttered out as he forced his mind to come up with an answer.

It was a question he had been tossing around in his mind for two weeks now, and still hadn't come up with anything.

"Sit", Moody commanded as he used his only leg to push a wooden stool out in his direction.
