I do not own Harry Potter ... but I love how Hufflepuff finally got the spotlight they deserve in GOF even if it was kinda tragic

The choosing ceremony was set to take place on the first day of October.
That meant three weeks had to pass by before everyone would know just who would be competing in the Triwizard Tournament.
For Bel, those three weeks had been fairly uneventful.
Usual classes ensued, with everyone now being slightly nervous for DADA after their first lesson with Professor Moody.
Her lessons with Dumbledore were running smoothly. On Wednesday, she sat in his office to practice wandless spells. The headmaster would be there to offer help if she got stuck or was unable to grasp the magic correctly.
On Friday's they would head into the room of requirement which took the form of their usual training room to practice duelling. Ever since the world cup attack, the wooden dummies Bel practiced with had turned into figures resembling Death Eaters.
As for her lessons with Alastor Moody, they occurred every Monday after lessons ended in the DADA classroom.
So far, Moody had chosen to teach her all about the Imperius curse first. In the three lessons they had so far, it had all been theory.
Bel was slightly grateful for that as she couldn't help but be slightly scared of having unforgivable curses cast upon her.
But she knew that it would happen eventually, and the best way to tackle them is to know all about them.
She had been learning about certain individuals who had been known to resist it, and just how they pulled it off.
In short, Bel wasn't sure if she'd be able to do it herself.
Time would only tell when the lesson with the ex-Auror came for it to be more practical than theory.
Bel only hoped it would be sooner rather than later as she wasn't sure just how much longer she could keep up the secrecy.
Her Gryffindor friends all seemed suspicious of something. Harry was back to keeping an annoyingly close eye on her, rushing over to her in classes so that he would be the one sitting beside her.
They had all asked her just why she was so curious about direct involvement with the unforgivable curses.
Bel kept her answer simple and vague, something she had picked up from Dumbledore, telling the trio that the headmaster wanted her to know more about the topic and after the class, Moody had only told her that what they would be learning in their usual lessons would suffice.
It was the complete opposite of the truth, but sometimes lies were essential for the greater good.
But she was aware of how well Harry could see through her lies, and so Bel had been trying to avoid him when possible.
Escaping to her clearing during the times she usually wouldn't go to throw him off from following her and sticking close to her Hufflepuff friends more often.
Not to mention it really helped put the entire confusing situation with her feelings towards him to the side for now.
Something she also believed she had found a solution for.
Axel, the boy from Durmstrang, had been trying really hard to spend time with her.
Bel thought it was rather sweet, and incredibly flattering.
