I do not own Harry Potter ... but Barty Crouch Jr. really came into his role as Moody

__________<>__________

The age line casting had gone very well.

Dumbledore and Barty Crouch had been present in the hall to make sure nothing went wrong, and Bel managed to achieve it on her first try.

In the three days that passed, there had been no instances of it failing. Mostly because no one underage had attempted to get past it.

Bel was waiting for someone to try it and could only hope she was around to watch the age line take its toll.

But Thursday had soon arrived, meaning time was running out for people to submit their names.

And Bel had classes all day.

Not to mention she had been rather busy as of late to stick around to monitor it.

There was still a lot to organise now that the tournament was underway.

Things were being set up for the challenges, and Bel's presence was requested on numerous occasions.

Barty Crouch had asked for a final meeting with Dumbledore about just what Bel could and couldn't do now that they were all at Hogwarts.

That meeting had turned into the ministry official sitting in on her first lesson with Dumbledore yesterday afternoon.

Witnessing the training that Bel currently underwent at this stage was enough to put the remaining scepticism of Barty Crouch to rest.

Her wandless magic was now travelling into the advanced level, as well becoming an exceptional duellist.

Her knowledge of all things spell casting far surpassed the majority of those in the wizarding world as she knew that keeping herself out of the unknown would stop her wand from having the upper hand in any situation.

If she knew what to do, she wouldn't have to listen to it for help.

Dumbledore had put her back on duties with Hagrid that year, which would mainly consist of sorting out the creatures that would be involved in the challenges.

Her Occlumency lessons with Snape had come to a stop for the year. The potions professor had begrudgingly told her that she had learnt all there was to know on the topic.

He scowled whilst telling her she had done a pretty good job of mastering the art.

In terms of her usual daily life, Bel had visited her clearing twice so far that week.

Both times she had really thought of only two things.

The first being boys.

Now that she was fourteen, Bel found herself falling into the horrid habit of seeing them in a different light.

A rather ... attractive light.

Being around Riley and Ollie didn't help her case. Having to witness them being a couple only made her think about it more.

Herself being in a relationship, that is.

It was something she had tried hard to avoid last year, but it was becoming more and more evident that this year could be a problem.

Bel told herself that she didn't have time for such things.

Sure, she wasn't against the entire topic.
