The news of you being in a tag team surprised you but when you found out your partner was Booker T it surprised you even more. The two of you had been dealing with a lot of problems from Triple H and Tori leading to a tag team match being made between the four of you but you didn't know what to think as you train with the Texan but as time went on the two of you formed chemistry together and by the time the day of your tag team match came the two of you were attached to the hip, while your opponents did have backup in the form of DX and NWO the two of you also had backup of Gold dust, Lita, Bubba ray Dudley, Edge, Kane, and Jeff Hardy who all jumped in when Stephanie tried to choke you with a wire that was quickly dealt with by Edge to X-pac trying to tape booker to the post being stopped by you and gold dust getting a bunch of good hits and moves in even doing a double scissors kick together before you pin h for the win leading to a spin a roonie and your iconic salsa dance leading to the two of you dancing together before sharing a hug which made the crowd cheer even more heading backstage where the two of you share hugs and celebrate with your friends. You notice booker outside away from everyone leading you to follow him outside "Hey you good?" he turns with a small smile as you grab his arm noticing the change in the look in his eyes despite keeping the smile making your heart flutter, "Yeah needed to get away a bit" you nod as the two of you stand against the wall in front of the parking lot laughing at each other's jokes until the next thing either of you was the proximity of how close the two of you were neither of you moving away until the two of you were holding each other in a passionate yet sweet kiss before pulling away breathless laughing as you hold each other before leaving to have dinner together leading to a private night together at booker's full of wine, dancing, and quite a few kisses followed by another lunch date a week later and a month later the two of you were together happily both as tag team partners and a couple.
