Laura's Pov

"Summer kisses, winter tears
That was what she gave to me"

I looked up from the warm cup of tea, still sitting in bed, and sniffled.

I was surprised to see Ross pick up his guitar, and lay at the foot of the bed- the guitar on his chest, as his hair messily spread on the sheets.

"Never thought that I'd travel all alone
The trail of memories"

Suddenly I'd forgotten about my sickness, and a wide smile took over my face, as I started at him.

He looked back at me, smiling lightly.

"Happy hours, lonely years
But I guess I can't complain
For I still recall the summer sun
Through all the winter rain"

I started to hum to his gorgeous, gorgeous voice.

This side of him never revealed itself until now- so I never knew what I was missing out on. I never knew.. just how angelic his voice could sound.

God, was there anything he couldn't do?

Why, oh why did he sing so wonderfully.

"The fire of love, the fire of love
Can burn from afar"

His eyes never left mine, and the smile never left my lips.

He looked so handsome, gorgeous - happy, of all. He was singing for me.

Ross Lynch .

He was singing for me.

"And nothing can light the dark of the night
Like a falling star
Summer kisses, winter tears"

He raised his eyebrows, making me giggle.

"You know you know it" he shrugged "Come on Laur."

I chuckled, but took over anyway, as he kept strumming his guitar.

"Like the stars, they fade away
Leaving me to spend my lonely nights
With dreams of yesterday" I sweetly followed the tune, and he smiled at me.

"The fire of love, the fire of love
Can burn from afar" I put my tea away, as Ross lifted himself up, only to sit a bit closer to me.

I hugged my legs, as he sat in front of me.

"And nothing can light the dark of the night
Like a falling star" I looked up at him.

That was his que.

He fully understood, nodding.

"Summer kisses, winter tears
Like the stars, they fade away" we sang together "Leaving me to spend my lonely nights with dreams of yesterday"

His eyes were almost glistening. God his voice was melted honey.

"Leaving me to spend my lonely nights
With dreams of yesterday"

He leaned a bit, and I could only stare at those genuine, humourous eyes.

"Summer kisses, winter tears (summer kisses, winter tears)" we ended it together, only to then stare in silence..

A second later, he cracked another smile, and something about it made me throw my head back, and giggle.

I didn't know what was wrong with me. I could only hope, I hadn't gone insane, as I kept wondering- would these be my dreams of yesterday?
