Trauma

Fatima didn't run out the room after Zac even though she wanted to badly, she remembered what her mom said "tell him and let him be upset". His silence is what hurt the most she didn't know if he was hurt, angry, sad, disappointed or everything. She wish he would've stayed for her explanation but she wasn't sure if her explanation would've made matters worse or better..,
Not telling Zac about Jaxson so he could make money to buy a bigger house was a pretty shallow way of thinking. At the time she thought it was a good idea but her mom was right the spare room could've been turned into a nursery temporarily...

She decided to pass some time by taking a shower, she was supposed to wait on jojo but she needed to be alone in her thoughts. She was never this emotional while she was pregnant with journey so all this crying was new to her. She turned on some meditation music and sat down in the shower and relaxed. She did that for a hours to calm her nerves and she came to conclusion that she was going to give Zac all the space he needed to process the information she gave him. ...

[Downstairs]

Zac left the room leaving Fatima alone. He was upset that she would keep this from him. He got to the bottom of the stairs and saw his kids in the kitchen cooking. He paid extra attention to Jaxson because he couldn't believe his son went through that and he wasn't there to help him through it. He walked into the kitchen to pick him giving him some hugs and kisses, thanking god he was okay. Jaxson appeared to be back to his normal self, his laughs made Zac smile as he tickled him..

Jaxson. Daddy stop I'm cooking Jaxson laughed..
Put my down buster! he says play fighting with his dad as zac held him over his shoulder

Zac wasn't quick to oblige, he felt like a bad dad because he wasn't there for his family but it hurt even worse that he didn't get the option to be.
He lowered Jaxson on the floor and picked up jojo to give her some love too spinning her around and hugging her tight ...

Zac. After we eat breakfast daddy want you both to come with me how does that sound he said looking at the kids

Jojo and Jaxson were excited to spend time with Zac of course but Farryn was concerned about Fatima not being included in his plans

Zac. Okay sounds good I'll pack some clothes for you both to sleep in while you finish making this delicious breakfast he said kissing both of their cheeks..

Farryn. Going somewhere?
Farryn knew in no way this could be good
She didn't want to get in the middle of him and Fatima especially not when it came to the kids
She tried her best not to ask questions but after Zac said he was taking the kids for the night she couldn't help but worry how it would hurt Fatima

Zac. Actually yeah I want to take the kids for the night, spend some time with them. I'll be home tomorrow maybe I don't know...
It's not like I'm needed around here anyway, he shrugged his shoulders like he didn't care but his face said different

Farryn. Zac come here
Farryn said motioning him away from the kids and he followed her
She could see the hurt in his eyes

Zac. You won't convince me to stay I already have my mind made up
He said coldly

Farryn. I'm not going to convince you to do anything I just don't want you to bring the kids in the middle of it. They just got you both back home together they deserve their parents. You leaving is not going to do anything but make matters worse

Zac. I'm so tired of being lied to, this whole relationship I've been letting her get away with shit but when it comes to something as serious as my son in a hospital bed that's where I draw the line. I need space but I am not leaving my kids with her when she's making decisions like that for them
I called everyday, she wouldn't even let me talk to them, either they were napping or they were playing but the whole time they were at the hospital.
