Zac arrived at 'Luxury Customs" where he left Fatima's brand new G Wagon to get custom printed. It was the third and finally surprise he wanted to give to Fatima for her birthday. He got the house, he got the ring, and the only thing left was to pick up the car. Zac had her birthday perfectly planned out for months and he was sad that it was all slowly turning to shit. Zac took months carefully listening to things Fatima wanted.. like things in a house, a car and what type of ring she dreamed of. He made note of it all, and he made it all happen he was proud of himself but that no longer mattered. Unfortunately for him, everything was already paid for before him and Fatima hit their rough patch. All he could do now was stay in the empty mansion, park the car in the garage and leave the ring to sit until they figured things out...

Picking up her car was one of the reasons he couldn't go to sky zone with the kids. Zac had to pick it up as soon as he could because the holidays were approaching and the shop was going to be closed until after New Years. Zac ended up taking a ride share to the location so he could just drive her car back to the house. He had her name engraved in the headrest of the leather seats amongst other details, it was really nice...
He toured the vehicle, and it was exactly how he remembered her saying she wanted it one night when they were in bed together...
A man named Diego who helped work on the car came out to greet Zac....

Diego. Man I knew you looked familiar when you dropped this AMG off, I just wasn't sure until I saw the name on the seats because that name ain't too common he joked
The man was looking at Zac and Zac was looking back at him confused.
The man continued on...
That's crazy he laughed I just knew y'all was going to end up together
He said handing Zac the car keys completely speaking out of turn

Zac turned his face up because he wasn't sure what the man was talking about

Zac. My bad bro I didn't get your name

Zac just stood bewildered as the man rambled on, he couldn't figure out where he knew the man from or if he knew the man at all

Diego. It's me Diego Hernandez remember he said chuckling I know you were the star quarterback and shit but I played the line, give me some credit I got a few blocks for you. Well until I got suspended and got my ass kicked off the team sophomore year. Coach Mark bitch ass wouldn't let me come back after that.

Zac was still confused because he didn't play football in school he was a basketball player. He thought the man was completely losing his mind

Diego. Anyway man like I said I knew you looked familiar when you dropped this off he said opening the driver side door of the car...it's nice as fuck. I already know Fatima is going be happy as hell... How many kids y'all got now

Zac. Two and one on the way
Zac was even more confused, he wished he wasn't tipsy from throwing that shot back in the morning
He tried to figure out where the man would've knew him and Fatima from.

Diego shook Zac's hand he had another customer waiting for him so he was trying to finish up with Zac

Diego. I can't blame you though she was the baddest thing up at Milton High..
But Alright bro I got to get this customer you have a good Christmas with the family, I'm really happy for y'all and I hope she like the car it's dope

Zac. Thank you, I appreciate it Zac said hoping in and shutting the door. Before Zac pulled off Diego ran back to the car to hand Zac his business card.

Diego. If you need anything else "luxury customs" got you and don't forget to spread the word

Zac took the card and offered a friendly nod

Diego. Alright Liam it was nice seeing you bro be safe out here he said turning to leave

Then all the sudden Zac understood. his mind was scrambling but he was putting all the pieces together like a puzzle. The man thought he was Liam. Everything he was suspecting was now confirmed...
He wasn't taking the car home he was going to the house to finally confront Fatima. He had been suspicious for a while that her and Liam may have had a past but the man at the car place basically verified it. How much more is she hiding from me he thought as he pulled away
