Aria pov
It was early in the morning the next day, I was still in my nightgown eating breakfast with Ominis at the table and Sebastian was in the kitchen; when suddenly two men dressed in Auror uniforms barged in and arrested Sebastian.
"Sebastian Sallow you have the right the remain silent anything you say can be used against you in court with the Wizengamot." The one said.
They dragged him out and appirated away. I stared unbelieving what I just saw. My mouth hanging open. My hands were now shaking.
"Omi we need to go to the Ministry" I say
"Yes we do. Go get dressed my love and we can go" he says to me. I don't waste another minute I ran upstairs and changed into anything. I came back when Ominis and I flooed to London.
Sebastian pov
They arrived with me at the ministry, binded at the wrist behind my back, and escorted me to a holding cell. When they walked away I kicked the brick wall opposite the gate. Ow. Okay that was stupid. That hurt, I hopped around holding my foot. When that stopped hurting and I can walk on it again I heard talking, it was muffled but it was there. Then I heard footsteps.
"You have visitors Sallow" a guard said walking up to the gate. That's when I saw Aria and Ominis behind him.
"Oh Seb, what's going to happen now" she said choking up.
"Nothing darling we just have to tell the truth" I said.
"But—" she said
"But nothing don't worry darling I'll be alright" I say to reassure her.
"Take care of her Ominis" I say.
"Sebastian you sound as if you're never coming back" Ominis said.
"Well" I said.
"Nothing you will then we can get married" Aria said.
"Oh darling you know it, we'll do all that but all this has to be cleared up first. I'm not worried and neither should you okay" I lied to her, but I can't let her know I'm scared out of my mind. The look on her face was scared enough.
"Ominis, Aria go home and rest." I say.
"When is the hearing" she asks.
"I'm not sure but I'm sure they'll let you know soon enough" I say.
"But home won't be the same without you" she says.
"Please try for a little while" I say.
"Okay" she said. "I just hate seeing you like this Sebby"
"I know darling, it hopefully won't be long. I love you" I say.
"I love you too" she said. I grabbed her hands through the bars and kissed her knuckles. I also touched Ominis hand and gave him a gentle squeeze.
"Alright times up let's go" the guard said shoving them forward. I watched them go. I also felt my heart squeeze its like they were walking out of my life. I looked around and there was a thin mattress and blanket in a corner. I sat down on it and tried not to let myself loose it.
It took a few days but I was taken out of the cell and taken up to the courtroom. I carefully looked around and I saw Ominis and Aria sat in the front, I locked eyes with her I gave her a little smile and I was sat on the middle and the guard chained my wrists to the chair. I was looking up at the Minister for Magic.
"Mr. Sallow you are here being tried for the murder and or demise of your guardian Solomon Sallow. State your name" the minister said.
"Sebastian Sallow" I said.
