Aria pov

As the months droned on Sebastian's jealous streak only continued. No matter how many times I try to explain to him. Ominis wasn't jealous, at least he didn't make it known like Sebastian did. He's even ventured is way to my classroom to watch me teach and make sure some people didn't wander in. The students got a kick out of an Auror being in their classroom and expecting it to be their defense class. There was many wild rumors floating about the castle among the students about Seb, and his purpose being in my classroom. I didn't feel it necessary to say he's my husband, I enjoyed the extravagant rumors, until they get out of hand I'll set it right, until then though. However his visits also came with questioning Professor Fig. Once I told him about it and that it was in my personal office he made frequent visits to talk to the old professor about his parents and anything he could get out of him about ancient magic as well.

I was thoroughly enjoying my classes and being a teacher. Sure it was mostly third years and up that would take this class but it's and mainly muggleborn students who wanted to know what or how magic works and all that. It's funny, their thirst and enthusiasm for this class reminds me of Sebastian a lot. He loves to read and absorb knowledge of all kinds, that's what got him into loads of trouble in his youth. I'm no better I encouraged him lots of times.

The Christmas holidays were on their way very quickly. The castle was decked out and so was our house. Going home each night was wonderful I spent time with my husbands and we decorated our home. I was so grateful to Matilda Weasley and setting this up for me. I know Omi and Sebastian appreciate it as well. When the last night of term came and the students going home for Christmas were well on the train heading home I bid farewell to my fellow teachers and to see them in two weeks. I arrived back home after the first term, Friday afternoon, from my teaching, which I believed to be a success. Sebastian had a lovely stew cooking it smelled divine, I saw my Omi reading the newspaper at the table and Sebastian was in the kitchen.

"Hello" I greeted them.

"Hello my love" Ominis said standing to give me a kiss.

"Hello darling" Sebastian said to me doing a similar thing walking up to me kissing me.

"Hmm, that's food smells delicious is it ready" I said.

"Almost" Sebastian said. I walked up to the bedroom to change into something more casual and comfortable. Knowing what awaits me tonight after supper I'll need as little amount of clothing as possible.

The Christmas holidays went by very quickly the Ominis didn't have to work the duration of the break and Sebastian did but it was only until two days before Christmas and until after Boxing Day. We exchanged gifts and stories, had some treats and drinks together. Soon we were all going back to our daily work and the new year came 1896. Praying this year brings good health to us all was all that matters. Sebastian was making little progress with his parent's deaths. His research is heading to a dead-end. But I know Sebastian very well and to think that's going to stop him, would be foolish, no, it will only lead him to a new angle.

My lessons at school were getting interesting, it's a lot like history of magic, only less history. But many essays to write out. This week I'm going to be introducing the Peverall brothers to my seventh years. There's only a select few of them about ten in the class. They're an interesting subject, and I'm looking forward to it. Brilliant wizards as they are, their theory's and intellectual genius in creating such powerful artifacts is a marvel to behold. Anyway, it's only theory there's no actual proof of such objects in centuries.

February came with mid term exams for the fifth and seventh year students. So they can hone in on their skills and knowledge before taking their end of year exams like the OWLs or NEWTs. So I spent one extra long evening in my office grading all those essays. I owled my husbands of my tardiness and to not expect me until very late. There was a light knock on my door and entered Melvin with two cups of tea.
