33. It's Been a Hell of a Year

Aria pov

Sebastian makes me put on a blindfold apperiate Ominis and I to Feldcroft. He lead us down a path I know we all decided to live in his home here, for a while anyway. So I know that's where we're going but I couldn't understand what the blindfold was for I've been to his house plenty of times and I know what it looks like. He guides us down the path to where I know his house to be. He stops shortly after.

"Okay you're probably wondering why I was being secretive, well I made some changes to the house and I wanted to surprise you both with it as a graduation present you could say. For us. Our future all together. So I hope you like it." Sebastian said taking the blindfold off me. I gasped. I wasn't expecting that.

"Seb it's beautiful how did you do this?" I asked.

"What's the difference how, the point is it's done" he said smirking.

"Sebastian" I said then I playfully rolled my eyes because typical Seb.

He made the house bigger. A whole second story to the house and then he showed us inside the fireplace was bigger and the kitchen was expanded and the dinning room and living space was larger. He took us upstairs to see the bedrooms. He showed us three rooms and then the large master bedroom for us all to share. It's so beautiful. Along the way we were describing it to Ominis so he didn't feel left out being blind and all. I was speechless I can't believe Sebastian did all this.

"When did you do all this" I asked him.

"Right after the quidditch game, the morning after the room of requirement I'm sure you remember vividly my dear" Sebastian says. The felt my cheeks turn a bright red.

"So that's what was so secret" I said.

"Yes, I wanted to surprise you both" he said kissing me then kissing Ominis as well.

"Well thank you really, but I thought you only wanted to stay here temporarily, this doesn't seem that" I said gesturing to the house work.

"Well I was thinking about it all and I love Feldcroft, sure there are some memories I would rather not remember, but I also loved growing up here with Anne, and I wanted to continue living here. When we have a family, it'll be nice since it's near the school we could visit or they could visit. We all have memories here and I want that to continue" Sebastian said to us.

"Look at you getting all lovey and sappy what happened to the macho boy who thought himself the best duelist in school." I say.

"Oh darling I am the best duelist in that school" he says.

"Second best" I chime in. "Remember I did beat you on my first try"

"Oh I could never forget that, when I fell helplessly for you darling" he tells me.

"How could you we had just met" I said.

"Mysterious but it's true" he says.

"Darling when did you know you fell for me" he asks.

"Let me think, well probably when you took the blame for me in the library, you told Scribner you were alone, and didn't get me in trouble. I always remembered that. I knew I could trust you since then. My heart went out to you" I tell him.
"As for Ominis, I believe it took a little more time, as I remember we didn't get off on the right foot, I was almost convinced you hated me back then, but then you helped us in the scriptorium and we were then all friends. I knew my heart went out to you when we found out about your aunt, sounds insane now. But I'm grateful now, because look at us now." I say. "But you both were always there for me, helping me and cheering me on, you weren't put off by my ancient magic, like most were. I loved spending time with you both and I could never understand why you both made me feel a certain way. I couldn't figure it out. I was giddy around you both. Love works in mysterious ways"
