After having run off for a distance acceptable to them, the group of students stopped to catch their breath, still a bit shaken from their previous encounter with the Leech twins.

"Pant, pant... That was terrifying. What is the deal with those guys?!" Grim cried out with slight teary eyes, leaning against Yuu's leg for support.

"I'm not the one to ask. Those two have baffled me since we were freshmen together." Riddle, who looked the most exhausted out of all of them, crossed his arms with a frown.

"Messing with them seems like a reeeal bad idea." Cater sighed in exasperation as his shoulders slumped from tiredness.

"If I were the culprit, I know I'D steer clear." Ace added, sweatdropping and scratching the back of his head, ruffling his, now even more than usual, messy hair.

"I feel like we just threw the professor in the wolfs' den..." Deuce mumbled in a disheartened tone, closing his eyes and shaking his lowered head in regret.

"The professor looked pretty calm about it, though... they must really know those two well." Yuu tried to reassure the blue haired boy in a quiet tone.

"Can't help but point out that Teach's extremely young. I wonder how come they've teached those chaps before." The older ginger pondered out loud before exaggerating a dejected sigh.

"Man~. I really am jealous."

"Can't say my curiosity isn't somehow peeked, but being those two, it makes me feel like I don't really want to hear the answer." The redhead housewarden voiced thoughts with a sour look, still keeping his arms folded.

"That human didn't even flinch when the look-alike brothers hovered at both their sides." The fiery monster recalled the scene and shivered slightly.

"Well, we'll overcome the shock later, we've got other business to get to. Teach' will fend for themselves." The red eyed freshman sighed and turned toward the only junior present.

"You got it. It's off to the next name on my list! It's getting late, so let's make this the last one for today, 'kay?" Cater snapped his fingers toward the other boy before taking his phone out once again.

"Coming through is Jack Howl: freshman, Savanaclaw Dorm." He read the information on his list and nodded to himself.

"Rumor has it that he's a great athlete. Scouts from all the major teams are fighting to sign him." He informed, putting away the device and resting his hand on his hip.

"Classes are over, so he should be at the dorm." Deuce pointed out, and the smaller boy beside him seemed to be reminded of something.

"Oh, is it 5:00 already? Rule 346 says. that: Croquet must not be played after 5:00 p.m." Riddle recited without a problem as he adjusted his uniform, that had gotten a little disheveled from running.

"I should head back to Heartslabyul and make sure that no one is breaking the rules in my absence." The latter then seriously made his statement.

"Tch. I thought you'd rounded out some, but nope, you're as square as ever." The magical creature deadpanned, putting his paws on his hips and giving the Heartslabyul housewarden a look.

"Th-that's not true! I assure you that I've become much more lenient about enforcing the rules." Riddle promptly defended, crossing his arms and involuntarily sulking.

"He really has. He's way nicer than before. And we all appreciate that Riddle diligence." The green eyed third year threw in a good word for his dorm leader, smiling with a tint of amusement.

The dual skinned prefect nodded softly. "You're doing great, Riddle..." They gave their encouragement with a small smile.

"... I know. The professor and Trey never fail to remind me." The redhead spoke in a quiet tone after a brief pause. His eyes downcasted and almost hugging his arms at this point.
