"I guess it's good to be back..."
Yuu was currently looking at the Ramshackle dorm's structure, while the fiery creature sprinted toward the entrance without hesitation.
Even though Grim had entered the place, the dark blonde was still gazing outside, exhaling softly before finally deciding to head in themselves.
But right when they did, some familiar, lime colored particles began floating around them, before gathering in a spot and revealing a familiar figure.
"You've returned." Malleus stated with a bit of a smile, arms crossed over his chest.
"Tsunotaro... did you come here to check?" The blue eyed freshman looked over to their course mate, as the latter gave a single nod.
"Who would have ever expected you to win a bet with Ashengrotto?" The tall junior asked with slight amusement, completely comfortable with the young human.
"For as timid as you look, you're quite the schemer." The raven haired fae said, making it sound like a praise.
"The chat we had inspired me a bit." Yuu admitted while smiling faintly, making the Diasomnia student tilt his head.
"Really? I wasn't trying to offer some cryptic clue or the like." He hummed in thought, then returning the smile.
"Heh. In any case, I'm glad to know this garden will remain nice and quiet." Malleus nodded, seemingly content.
"After all this chaos, I'm glad too." The spotted skinned fellow exhales softly, scratching the back of their head.
"Ashengrotto's calm features contorting in frustration must have been quite the sight." The powerful prince showed an apparent smirk.
"What I would've given to have been a fly on the wall." His green eyed creased at the notion.
"Huh?" Yuu paused when hearing some far away noise, and the third year ceased his amused chatting.
"Mh... It seems I had best be returning to my dorm now." Malleus mused, bringing a hand to his chin as particles began gathering sporadically.
"Although, before I take my leave. May I ask where the young professor has gone? They don't appear to be here." The horned fae asked, looking down the magicless human.
"They got injured during a conflict and are now in the infirmary, getting checked. They'll stay there at least until morning." Yuu quietly explained, in very little details, the situation.
"Injured, you say?" The taller scholar asked with slightly widened eyes.
"Oh, but most of the damage had already been healed with magic. They're only making sure." The dark blonde added, as if reassuring the junior.
"I see... Alas, send them my regards, and have a good night, child of man." Malleus nodded in understanding, before swiftly giving his goodbye and disappearing in a bunch of small, lime lights.
Now gone, the noise from earlier seemed to be louder, until it revealed to be a pair of students with bright green vests.
"Well? Is he here?"
"No, I don't believe he's present in the vicinity."
The two were familiar, one had silver hair, student that Yuu recalled seeing at the Cafeteria and helping during Leona's overblot. The other, with mint green hair, was the one who had followed Malleus into joining the marine biology course: Sebek.
"Perhaps he's near the western schoolhouse." The shorter boy with silver hair casually glanced around as he spoke.
"How could he go on an excursion unescorted?!" Sebek, on the other hand, seemed very tense and panicked.
