You were currently in bed, inside the dorm room alongside the twins and Azul, who, unlike you, were already sound asleep.
The skies are so dark and ominous...
It was deep into the night, yet you weren't particularly upset about your inability to sleep. In a way, you had become resigned to the idea.
"Genie, stop!"
You glanced up and couldn't help but inwardly sigh when seeing Floyd's arm unceremoniously dangling down from the top bunk, above you.
You and the others had attempted to stop him from taking that bed, but he stubbornly insisted on wanting it and chose that one anyway.
"Sorry, kid. I've got a new master now."
Right now, looking over the other side of the room, you could see Jade silently sleeping on the other top bed, laying perfectly on his back as his hands neatly folded over the covers.
The octo-mer was on the one underneath the latter's, sleeping on his side and with his mouth just slightly agape.
"Kneel and pay tribute to the great sorcerer Jafar!"
You don't even need to see the remaining boy to imagine how sprawled out he must be. He was always one to sleep in weird positions unless he was hugging onto something.
You remember one of the few first times he fell asleep as a human, back when he still had trouble walking normally.
You could never forget the day in which you came home, only to find said mer-eel kneeling in front of your living room's couch, face down onto the cushioned seat. Completely knocked out.
"Now, where were we? Ah, yes- abject humiliation!"
You had of course woken him, immediately asking the younger boy: "Why were you like that?" To which he responded by saying- "I forgot how humans sleep. And that felt comfy enough."
"He is no prince, and that's a fact."
And it must've been comfortable, as a matter of fact. Since you then found out he had been left like that for about two hours.
His brother hadn't bothered waking him since he was so deep in his slumber, and Azul hadn't even noticed because he was studying the whole time, in another room.
But never mind all that... you just hope Floyd won't fall off his elevated spot, tonight.
"Now that he's unmasked, do you recognize your prince? It's Aladdin! His punishment?"
Going back to some more important matters to think about... tomorrow- or well, a few hours from now... is going to be decisive for the fate of the plan.
Unmasking the culprit for his schemes and... well, you couldn't help but feeling the weight of the knowledge that said guilty party might receive quite the punishment.
And you weren't thinking about the one by the school...
"Eternal banishment...from this life!"
