"Well, well. What do we have, here? Part of the matter we were about to discuss, perhaps?" Jade smiled down at the pair of Ramshackle students sprawled on the floor.

Well, not directly on the floor, since there was a wiggling carpet right below them.

"If that ain't what'd be called one hell of an entry. Good morning, Shrimpy and Baby Seal." Floyd lazily smirked, hand resting on his nape as he stepped toward the two, looking down at them.

"Yuu, Grim... are you okay?" Unlike the twins, you had actually moved closer to help up the poor students whom had just crashed down.

"Nothing's broken..." The dual skinned fellow sighed as they gratefully took your help to straighten up.

"Wha...? What're you guys doin' here?" The fiery beast instead seemed a bit more stunned by the impact, looking up at the three mers present while bearing a confused expression.

"We're all gonna go to Shrimpy's for the holidays, remember? Did ya bonk yer head too hard n' forgot?" The disheveled half eel pursed his lips and tilted his head in question.

"Wait- We're in Octavinelle, right now?!" Grim suddenly brightened when taking in the forniture and decore around, looking ecstatic.

"Yes. Inside the Mostro Lounge, to be precise." The more composed of the siblings calmly nodded with a hand over his chest. Meanwhile you had helped the magicless human to stand up, getting them off the strangely lively material.

"We... WE MADE IT! Finally, we've broken outta that awful prison!" The fiery monster exulted, grabbing a bit of the rug and shaking it enthusiastically. Much like one would do after gripping someone's shoulders.

"A prison? Seems like we were in for quite the story before you interrupted. Care to elaborate, since you're here?" Jade gracefully folded his arms over his chest with a keen look on.

"And what's this rectangular flouder-lookin' guy?" The latter's twin wore a lopsided grin as he looked at the magical carpet which was now floating beside you and the young prefect.

"A sentient carpet...?" Azul slightly narrowed his eyes at the object, looking mostly fascinated.

"You did tell me about you and Kalim's little outing... so here it is..." You murmured thoughtfully to the spotted skinned fellow while looking at the legendary heirloom, who- or well, that held out one of its tassels toward you, as if offering some sort of handshake.

"..."

Meh. It might be strange but it isn't really the strangest thing that could be happening to you. So you simply did take the invitation and gave it a shake.

"It looks a lot like Kalim's magic carpet, actually..." The Octavinelle vice hummed and brought a hand to his chin as he watched you and the treasure... exchange pleasantries.

Right about then, multiple and quickly paced taps were heard from the dorm's entrance, which soon got louder and closer to your group.

"There's no escape for you now, thieves!" The same pair of Scarabia students who had stopped Yuu and Grim the evening before, plus a red haired one, had ran into the scene.

"Surrender quietly!" The third one ordered, as the more dark haired one tensed a bit when catching sight of you.

"Mrow?! You chased us all the way here?! You guys are seriously stubborn, you know that?" Grim's bright blue eyes widened as he shielded himself behind your leg. The dark blonde human had also instinctively stepped closer to your side.

"What's all the commotion about? At such an early hour, nonetheless." The silver haired dorm leader confidently inquired the new arrivals as he crossed his arms.
