It's always love thy neighbour until thy neighbour is gay
You preach the bible like you wrote it yourself
And you don't even listen to the words it's telling you
Love thy neighbour means love all
I don't believe in Christ
And I don't believe in god
But I know one thing for a clear certain fact
Jesus H. Christ would have loved me. Just as he loved every minority. Because Jesus Christ loved everyone equally
And Jesus Christ would have stood in shame of the state the world is in
Jesus Christ would've wept a fourth time upon this intolerant world
Jesus Christ would hold my hand in his high above his head in bold silence
Jesus Christ would have held everyone's hand, just as he would've held mine
Jesus Christ held no judgement
Jesus Christ would not have cared
Jesus Christ would have fought for everyone, gay people included
Jesus Christ would be appalled by Christians spreading more hate in a world filled with hatred
No Christian gets to heaven spreading hate.
